My questions exactly. In my opinion, this type of promotional material for architectural innovation should always include an indication of the structure's "energy label": how efficient it is in maintaining warmth and how much energy is needed to keep the space comfortable for human occupation?

If the salesman cannot answer the easy questions, even after making a phone call, then do not touch the company with a barge pole. Looking on the website I could find no signs of bendable pipes or wires. Nor a description of toilets, sinks, lights or electrical sockets. From this I deduce the customer will have to buy them from a different company and have their own plumber and electrician fit them on site. The classic non optional extra cost.

All elements, including furniture and bathroom, come in the folding space, depending on the model that is designed by the manufacturers. The bathroom pipes do not bend, but the bathroom is positioned in the unit so that they don't have to. I would have some issues with the safety of the stairway. It obviously needs a bannister and balustrades and the open rises are frightening.
