Great video , but guys, both middle and bottom hinges on the rear door - are up side down .
Should be fine with ORE once you turn them .
Also, I would suggest to put some thin insulation between the plate and the door , just to avoid dust and debris cluttered there over time .

As awesome as this product is, I’ve been turned off by their customer service. I ordered this exact product since November last year, and still no update whatsoever. I’ve tried reaching out to them via email and social media accounts but to no avail. I’m aware that back order waiting time is 3-4 weeks. But it’s been 10 weeks since my order. And at least reply to my messages ORE. Smh.

Hey there ! I’m sorry you have had bad experiences with them! They’re normally pretty good at their customer service and I wonder if your email slipped through the cracks ? Maybe try and email them again?
