People make eating kapha so hard. It's simpler than most make it. Reduce sugar, fruit, oil and salt, and eat more veggies, whole grains and legumes. Kapha food lists are useless and conflicting depending on which site you see, avoid them too.
This is awful ! Omg 😳 I’m a meat eater, love sweets; hate beans and legumes; 😢 love fruit and yogurts and caffeine. Oh boy. But have battled my weight my whole life. Maybe there is something to this.
