    4🌹01:05 肘支撐俯姿、大腿前面大部份保持過程中貼地, 做骨盆前後傾的動作控制練習。
    5🌹01:23 與上式類似, 惟將大腿離開地面練習。運動支點改為膝承重。
    6🌹01:44 [#趴] 如圖以手置頭額下支前額面, 運動過程中保持前胸貼地面,把注意力放在臀部和腹部在執行骨盆前後傾的小動作上去感受。
    7🌹02:20 類似上姿, 惟執行時將前胸離開地面練習骨盆前後傾。

    THANK YOU so much for these videos! Could you provide any information about who or what allowed you to realise the anatomical videos? I find these so helpful to illustrate concepts related to muscles (how they move us, muscle balance, stabilizing muscles etc.)

    i got prolapsed disc at L3/4 about 18 months ago so i have to stretch whole bottom half of body every few hours 24/7. this helps to show what muscles are involved.

    Ohhh my god now i'm suffering from a lower back pain and that pain deprives me to sleeping well i saw a doctor he told me i need to do natation immediately But CORONA stops the whole life

    is this anterior or posterior pelvic tilt

      She is pretty much doing both with each exercise. At 0:10 is a posterior pelvic tilt (you can see the pelvis tilting back) and at 0:13 is an anterior pelvic tilt (the pelvis is tilting forward)
