i got prolapsed disc at L3/4 about 18 months ago so i have to stretch whole bottom half of body every few hours 24/7. this helps to show what muscles are involved.

She is pretty much doing both with each exercise. At 0:10 is a posterior pelvic tilt (you can see the pelvis tilting back) and at 0:13 is an anterior pelvic tilt (the pelvis is tilting forward)
