Steve you need to add a led spot or flood light on the rear of your truck.
Magnetic led lights are awesome. You can stick them anywhere that's metal and point in the direction you need to see
He could use a set of those Fire Wire headlights too.

I don't miss the drama of driving with the only thing on my mind, getting somewhere only to have to get somewhere else next. It was no fun always getting somewhere on time. Now I just have to worry about getting home in time for dinner 😎 keep up the good work brother!!!

I use one of those clipboards that has a storage to put that type of paperwork in.
Granted mine is plastic rather than metal but still works for what I need.
Because he can roll the bill up and carry in his back pocket if need no clip board here man

I was in a local area Love's this morning. They had plenty of egg cups just waiting for a visit from Orwell.
Video turned out great. Your go pros are doing just fine for night recording, even with low lighting if any at all. Besides, it's different and those that don't like it can F off! Just saw this video. Glad you had a chance to see Flagstaff. Its much better in the summer. This is a tourist town, so we get lots of people from Phoenix who have never seen snow, much less drive in it. If you're from here; you know to be home and dry by 6pm or the black ice will get you.

I left Orland,CA one time in the 70's in a cabover Freightliner with a shiny 290 and 45,000 lbs. of Italian Olives and l hit snow going over the pass. I never drove another mile on a highway that wasnt snow covered all the way to Manhattan, NY. It was so deep crossing Nebraska that they had tied broom handles to the reflectors with a ribbon on them so the plows could see them. Such was the days of wine and roses.❤

Everyone over here in the Netherlands rides bikes but I've never seen anyone this suicidal to be cycling in the snow with nothing but a ffing reflector to be noticed by other traffic. Hope he made it home safe.

If you park in the lot across from Little America there's an awesome steakhouse right next door, there's a gate in the fence for truckers to use to get to it.

I grew up in Prescott a few ways away from flagstaff. Casey Liddell of Cascade Heavy Rescue of zBend Oregon had the same thing happen with a bicyclist in black coat at night. the steam locomotive you pointed out used to be at the Coconio County fair grounds

Hi Steve, I totally agree with you on traffic lights crossing. However, we have traffic light camera here in the UK which are nightmare. You could have lost your license just in this episode ( four amber-red ). Imagine how stressful it is

Call a cop .they have slim Jim’s . I’ve driven I 40 many times to NM . Sun lite in morning is real rough off the snow this time of year . I’d drive it at nite ! Flagstaff has gotten bigger . Haven’t been there since 1981 43 years enough time for lots of growth
Hey, Steve? For opening a locked car door, you could always carry a Slim Jim. I happen to know Advance Auto Parts carries them, and they are legal to purchase if a store like Advance Auto carries them.
That way, the next time you come across a car with the key or fob inside, you could open up the door with the Slim Jim.

CAR LOCKOUTS--If fire/police can't help call hospital and speak to security. They do lockouts all the time. Request they work on passenger door. Sometimes car dealers will help. You got lucky Steve. Flagstaff gets lots of snow due to elevation.

Two sets of keys. I always keep a main set of keys in my pocket that never leave my pocket unless I need them. Then. I operate everything with another set of keys. That only belongs to that vehicle. Too much weight destroys the ignation.

@steveib724 I just got done watching another channel. He had a brand new one. Why he got ride of it. Him and his wife has/had one. With the door open. The parking break is on. Bad for him opening gates. Bad for her to escape someone doing harm to her. She hasn't gotten rid of hers yet. He went with Ford. The Ford doesn't do it. I don't depend on technology. I depend on myself. I learned not to trust the technology. If you're happy that way. So be it.
U should add a light in the back of Orwell so u can see better putting chains and straps back in the headache rack. I had an elderly lady approach me asking if I had a slimbar to get her SUV door open. Cause her door automatically locked up when she shut the door and I said sorry. Jessie heard me telling the elderly lady that (ear piece Bluetooth) and I was like what a minute. I approach her and I said maybe the back hatch will open. W d it did open and the alarm system went off. I was able to climb in from the back of the minivan and climb over the seats carefully cause she had her grandkids in car seats. I was able to climb in the passenger seat. I am 6'5" 280 pounds. And I unlocked the door and she was really happy. I took her to get a belt clip keychain and she was like I am going to get it now. She did cause she was at the truckstop buying one. The person on the bicycle is required to have a flashing red light underneath the seat and a headlight on the handlebars. And supposed to be wearing a reflector vest (what construction people wear) they get ticketed for no lights and no reflection vest here all the time and we seen people lose their bikes because of they been warned to get light's.
