Or you can jus use the inky list. You can use their regimen builder and put in your skin concerns and they’ll give you a routine best for your skin and it’s perfect for sensitive skin and eczema prone skin ( like me lol)

My skin has never been that dry before. This winter its different and difficult at the same time. Shifted to CeraVe hydrating facial cleanser and moisturiser. Game has totally been changed!!!! 🙌🏻 Alhamdulillah, my skin is so much happy now. No more tightness and inflammation!

I had acne as a teen/young adult, and my pores still get clogged easily, so I only use oil-free products. In the summer I use a gel moisturizer from Farmacy, but in the winter I can't live without my CeraVe moisturizer. I use the hydrating cream-to-foam CeraVe cleanser year round though.

As a person with severe eczema on my hands I have found that gold bond overnight with gloves has worked great! I recommend staying away from anything with a sent or remaining residue

Something I would love to see your channel do is make a video for specific skin types. For example I'm 32 yrs old have oily skin and I'm worried about fine lines/wrinkles a video with products and routine you recommend would be amazing. Another video for oily skin, or dry skin, redness and everything else 😊
Why worry?
From what I know people with oily skin tend not to wrinkle like people with dry skin. That's a plus in your case 😁

Try to stay away from moisturizers that contain hyaluronic acid as the main ingredient. It works better in humid places. I learned this the hard way. I’m also going to try this mask.

I love this Kiehl’s product (as well as some of their others.) since I started using this over my night time skincare, people are asking all the time what am I doing, I look so fresh, skin is plump and firm. My sensitive skin loves it.
i’m loving the purito dermide cica sleeping pack. great for dry skin and not pricey. not sticky, soaks in fairly quickly while leaving my skin looking and feeling soft, plump, and hydrated.
Do you have any other more affordable suggestions for very dry skin? It hit me a week ago, after having normal skin my entire life. I'm flaking everywhere, even from my hairline, and my eyebrows. I started Trention over 8 weeks ago, so I can't imagine it's that. I need HELP PLEASE!!
It still could be from using your Tretinoin, try mixing it with a moisturiser, a thicker moisturiser for night time. Hope that helps you.
I’m also using tretinoin. I’m still peeling but the breakouts have stopped. I use a lot of glycerin and panthenol-based products and it has completely changed the game for me. I use the Aveeno triple oat serum on moist skin after cleansing with Vanicream cleanser. Then I’ve been following with Purito Centella serum which is incredible. At night, I follow this by slathering on a rich moisturizer like Lipkar AP+ balm. Seriously slather it on. One pump on one side of your face. One pump on the other. Let it sink in for an hour and then put on a thin layer of Vaseline on driest areas. Sleep with a humidifier.
I’ve been mindblown how much simply changing my cleanser and shifting away from HA based products changed the game for me. There’s also no issue with using tretinoin less frequently if you’re experiencing a lot of dryness and peeling.
I also use a very soft bamboo washcloth to cleanse my skin in the AM (I have combo skin and need to cleanse in the AM when I use heavy occlusive or I start to break out). This gently exfoliates away some of the flakes. Be sure to use light pressure. Very gentle. Just to help sweep some of the flakes away.
It’s definitely the tretinoin. It take a while for it to catch up to you.

Vanicream is always popular for dry skin (won't clog pores) CeraVe is another one. I dislike the CeraVe day lotion that has SPF in it, so I use CeraVe PM and just put my own sunscreen on top. That won't clog pores either.

For me it's Mudmasky WLeave-Me-On Winter Mask for day and Sleep Repair Renewal Nourishing Mask for night, it keeps my skin hydrated without feeling oily.
My "overnight mask" for winter is Weleda Skinfood. Years ago I would have been horrified by the thought of putting that thick goopy stuff on my face but it works so well for my combination skin. I just soften it in my palms and apply it liberally on my face and beard before bed.

I know you don't really like these beauty gadgets, but I recently got this Foreo luna facial cleansing brush, a gift for myself, and I must say , its the best thing I have done for my dry skin. it preps my skin really good for creams and serums, helps better absorbtion, and no damage to skin barrier.

Healing balm saved my life. I really thought that I had lip eczema. the entire surface of my lips would peel right off, daily, all year long. Sometimes I would also have severe swelling. It went on like that for 2 years. After I watched one of the Doctorly videos I realized that all of my lip balms and most of my lipstick contained castor seed oil which they made me aware can be highly reactive. I switched immediately to the Healing Balm and within 24 hours my lips had completely cleared up. It's pretty much all that I use on my lips now. Also found it available in tiny tubes on Amazon so I can always have it with me.

What Wash, what acne cream, what moisturizer, what sof
Unless you start off with a good moisturizer keratolytic like Albolene you have nothing. Most will get nowhere not even with their feet, psoriasis, rosecea and/nor foreskin. So Albolene works, its a great moisturizer and even great for rosecea and psoriasis. So I do suggest you start here. Once they've started with this pre-step then they can pursue your dermatological products. Albolene is also very inexpensive with no active products so it causes no redness and prevents redness while also acting as a protectant balm when washed off. Also great pre and post shaving for sensitive dry skin.
My skin has NEVER been this dry before. It doesn't really feel dry to the touch, but it feels tight. I really need something thick like this to slather on at night.

I'm sure you guys have a million topics on your list to cover, but I've been scouring UA-cam looking for a credible derm talking about the Clear and Brilliant laser treatments. I've been thinking about starting laser treatments and these are the most cost effective options near me - but I don't want to waste my money on something that is a gimmick if I should just be saving up for some sort of fraxel treatment or something. I'm sure I'm not alone in this, but I just can't find any balanced opinions on them. You guys always do the best research!

If you're not vegan I'd suggest Lanolin. It's the only thing that stopped my cracking lips.
