I always found it interesting that as soon as Baldur's spell was broken, he was literally able sto start harnessing elements like ice and fire like an avatar, meaning his mother even stunted his physical powers... Imagine how powerful baldur could have been if he had never be hexed

Kratos made a mistake for getting revenge on the Greek Gods for watching his people Sparta and his family die and for not saving his real brother Deimos and he kill Zeus and all Greek Gods and he did what he did to make things right Freya come on baldur was gonna kill you and kratos save your life

This fight is impressive in all aspects- the most impressive part though, is SMvR is weaker than the fight reccomends. You can tell because Baldurs healthbar is purple, which usually infers a *very* strong enemy compared to Kratos.
Idk about y’all, but I gotta say my favorite moment of this game was that tag team with Atreus and Kratos after the final health bar for Baldur. I mean the timing, the music, it all felt really nice

Kratos should have let him kill her. She loved an unlovable asshole and then condemned Kratos for saving her life. Despite the fact that i never understood Baldur, i understood Freya even less.

So seeing someone with that big/pure of heart get it broken is tough to watch. Reason you don't get it is you probably don't have that gift but hey not many of us do, were all shallow ultimately.
