Gwotey or acha porridge is one meal I believe you will enjoy. If its made in the true traditional way then it makes for a delicious vegetarian meal. Would love to see you try out wonderful cuisines from northern part of Nigeria. You are sure to find some dishes which when twigged a little can serve as a vegetarian meal.
