I put the dried fruits in the fridge so they're cold, that way they're cold. Walnuts are good to have along with Almonds. I also blend bananas oatmeal and biscuits and freeze it. Tj house are some of my craving solutions. I will certainly INCORPORATE some of yours too Thanks.😊❤🇯🇲

Frozen watermelon cubes are 1 of my favourite snacks. It freezes beautifully & is so smooth in the mouth. I always freeze part of it when I get a very ripe one. I love most of your snack ideas.

Soft freshly baked bread. That's where I need deliverance on for night cravings. I hide them out of sight but they keep calling my name. I run and go to bed but sneak out after some time to tear a piece as late as 11pm!😭, Eat it, feel guilty n return to bed. I saw similar oats cookie on Iana Garten's barefoot contessa cooking show. I love frozen grapes and strawberries. I get ice pica sometimes and they really help me so I don't ruin my teeth with actual ice cubes.
