Mark is my favorite food blogger hands down. Such a humble man. I love the fact that when he uses a tour guide in a city, the guide actually sits down with him and his family to eat. I’ve seen Virginia on other channels where the blogger eats by themselves while she stands off to the side. Love you Mark, keep up the great work!

It’s very stingy to invite a food tour guide and not have them eat with you. I like Mark because he’s always so kind and I see that on alot of his videos. What a sweet generous person he is! The other food bloggers should be more like him.

I totally agree. I have been following Mark for many years, and I really like how friendly and open minded he is. Also, he is respectful of other cultures, traditions, religions etc. And very humble, even though he is very famous.
I sometimes feel that he "over does" it with his "wows" and things like that. But I know many americans are like that, and I prefer it over being negative or feeling "better than normal people".

I don't care if anything is made by humans or robots. As long as the quality is top notch, who cares if a machine flattens a ball of dough, then put some stuffings in it, then seals it up. Your car is made by robots. As long as you have the correct ingredients & procedures, who cares who makes it.

I was hooked every since then, I even had Bao pork dumplings which is a amazing Asian treat you can enjoy with tea or Boba beverage. That shrimp had my stomach roaring to the point I was heating up my leftover Panda Express 😂. Virginia is the best food tour guide ever!! Love her expertise!! @@bettyt157 exactly. I don't like watching her eat. She doesn't make the food look appealing and her constant needs to explain things make the overall vibe of the meals worse. Hi Mark, really enjoying your HK videos! Just to let you know that Lin Heung Tea House has recently reopened in Central early last month by their former employees. However you might need to book several days in advance, hope you get the chance to try it out!

I just went to HK in March. During Lunchtime I always love to go to飲茶 yum cha whenever I go to HK. It is a lot cheaper and have more varieties than the states. Dimsum is getting so expensive in the states now. One 腸粉rice roll costs $10 usd for to go in a pastry shop now.

Looks delicious. I love Hong Kong. It's great how it looks pretty much the same as when I was there studying abroad in 2003. Enjoy the food, Mark!

Mark, Simply amazing. The only thing that in high-end restaurants is that they are very shy when it comes to serving you food (very little quantity)🙄

Much better Mark...you spoke more in this video than before. Do not let another host dominate the talking in your show. You are the star of your show. Btw very good explanation Virginia
