I began yoga exercise using this yogo guide BestYogaExercises5.blogspot.com in 2017 to supplement my running. Along with strengthening my physique, I also lost ten pounds along the way by simply engaging in a Yoga Challenge making use of the exercises within this manual. The yoga teachings, poses and then relaxation techniques are simple to follow even doing yoga exercise without the mat in your everyday activity. .

The yoga, music, and videography combined are an exquisite work of art. The unsuccessful tic-toc near the end had me welled up with emotion, as it highlighted a raw, authentic, and beautiful portrayal of what the practice truly is. Dany Sa, your practice is spiritual and inspiring. Alessandro your vision is impeccable.

Seeing how fit she is, this is still a completely unrealistic portrayal compared to an "average" person. If they wanted to show "reality" there would be hurting wrists, limping around after overstretching, losing balance, screwed up alignments, things like that. Oh, and no dreamy music playing throughout the "reality" section.
clray123 How long have you been practicing ashtanga yoga method? It appears Dany Sa is a second series practitioner well into the third series as well. This type of practice takes several years to develop. The strength, flexibility, mental discipline are all cultivated through devotion and patience. I’ve met seasoned practitioners who very much consider themselves “ ‘average’ “ people. Even where I am in my own personal practice, I’ve been told I belong in a circus by the nonpractioner, yet I know very well how simple my practice is. What I have learned is that every day is full of new experience. There are days your body is tight, so you don’t go into poses as deeply or do so with more patience. There are days your body is sore and fatigued, so you take a gentle and modified practice. There are days when your mind is wild, so you surrender to your breath to guide you. And of course there are the days your being is open and energetic. On those days, you celebrate your body with detachment refraining from fueling the ego. Every moment on your mat, is a moment to be grateful. Aside from all of this, neither this video nor myself claimed her to be a beginner. The point is that there is truth in this video which is a WORK OF ART. The truth portrays the subtleties and nuances that even the more skillful among us experience day to day. That is what is raw, authentic, and beautiful. I hope we all can find a relationship with our practice that is kind and understanding. Namaste.
Martin Paulin Of course it depends on what you compare it to - yoga practitioners have nothing on circus acrobats or pro gymnasts or ballet dancers... (who often end up as yoga instructors after dropping out from their main career path).
