Very good exercise video, with some interesting leg moves I have not seen before. I find myself having to work out the legs in the gym because of some medical issues with my upper body. I would recommend flexing the quads at full extension for about a second or two to really work the muscles hard. I would also recommend the pre-exhaustison principle: do the more challenging leg exercises shown first, then target the quads, for example, on the leg extension. Same for hams and calfs.
That way you really tire them out and recruit more muscle fibre.
Finally, to really get definition, practise flexing the worked on muscles in the mirror after your workout. Only need to do maybe 5 minutes to start with. I will be doing all of this for myself.
Oh, I nearly forgot: Arnold Schwarzenegger recommends warming up the muscles you will be working on by targeting those specific muscles only. So for legs, go on the Stairmaster for 5 minutes, then stretch, then the programme. If, like me, you are returning to exercise after a break, be safe & sensible: work out at a normal speed and don't do all the shown exercises at once (build up to it!)
    Good luck!

It be like that, but just practice doing some of the exercises regularly. Continuous training doing the exersices even if you fail still train your body to work up to doing it complete. That's what I do when I face a exersice that I can't complete and soon enough I get better at it.
Edit: I just realized Im 2 years late🤣💀

@@corii8329 I wouldn't recommend it. Your body will most likely get sore some time sooner or later and you shouldn't do such strenuous exercise while sore you could damage something and then that'll set you back to the start. Moderation is key to working out.
So maybe fix up a little schedule, do it a few times a week or so but not everyday that'll lead to pain not gain

Both because to build up muscles you need to do cardio first (running is a great cardio exercise), and then do workouts. That's it. Like so Bright side can see

    • @ethanquinn4520

Actually u should do cardio sometime after ur workout since u won’t have ur complete energy back from the cardio, and u don’t get big legs from cardio
