ring I haven't tried it, but it might be more comfortable to rest your foot on the strap itself instead of the ring when using your foot Also, it may be good to attach a strap to the end of the strap
Great question, probably should have displayed it in the video in hindsight. So if you try to do pull-ups or dips on TRX you will keep spinning around and since the TRX is attached to one point compared to rings which attach to 2 points. Also the fact that TRX straps join together will make dips very awkward whilst on rings the straps are completetely separate from each other making them much better for dips. So essentally when you try to do dips on a TRX then the upper part of the straps will push against your shoulders. But to be fare you can do leg assisted chin-ups on a TRX but the bodyweght variation doesnt work as well on a TRX 👍🏽
@@Xero-23 Not as far as I can think of. I mean you could do leg assisted chin-ups and some kind of leg assisted dips as well which would stop the spinning since your feet would be on the ground. But when it comes to bodyweight chin-ups and dips I cant really think of a way to stop the spinning unless you want to get really creative. Hope that cleared things out for you a bit 👊🏽
@@goprimate well, i thought about it for like one hour and all i could come up with was: attaching both grips' rope to the bar from the middle or a bit higher maybe, but i doubt it works.
@@dedino5452 All good man, thats a fair question, I should have included a demonstration in the video as well. Glad you found the answer to your question 💪🏽
