Hell I just got a TRX tactical version. I went to find a pole and it was great! I can transition quick with it and get a great full body workout in a matter of minutes and I’m feeling better! Definitely going to do this everyday or so.
This information is gold. I really enjoy and love the trx. I'm find the ability to use the trx anywhere and changed the angles of each exercise to increase intensity and load. It's very very versatile and fun to use
Suspension training It’s great for me because I’m now 61 years old And weights really hurt my joints I’m getting very good results Some say, I’m getting better results with the suspension training then I was with regular weights Once I learn how to use it and feel the muscle main connection Started happening for me Some people have you been called me buff, which is very funny But I know my muscles are tighter and harder And I look forward to more progress with this wonderful tool And by the way, the dirt cheap
I got a shoulder injury I worked out 4-5 straight pull ups weighted short brakes Cardio and weightlifting aswell and the trx is helping me get rough rehab really good I can’t believe it
You might want to also look into TRX Traveller on UA-cam. You can see for yourself how he’s developed such an impressive body solely using TRX. Mind you, that TRX are basically the same exercises that gymnasts use to strengthen and enlarge muscle development using calisthenic exercises. So in answer to your question, you can develop impressive muscular development using one’s own body weight. Hope this helped.
I never found weights or machines did anything for me. I switched to a suspension trainer that provided rotational movement, as the TRX type didn't do anything for me either. After using the trainer for 1 year, 4 to 5 days a week, with nothing else, I developed a fair amount of strength and muscle. I didn't see any further gains after 8 months, so I switched to kettlebells after the year was over. I had developed a lot of strength in the stabilizer muscles and was able to progress from light kettlebells to heavy ones in a short period of time. I was doing advanced moves like kettle snatches.
The problem with suspension trainers is that not everyone knows how to use it properly

@@kiks399 true. I use it at the playground, from a walk bridge, trees, monkey bars...it's just so easy to use
@@coleheketoa you can even travel with it, that and a jumping rope and your all set for cardio and strength training.

The guest mentioned looking at "Matt's suspension". Can't find it. Where is it?
MAPS Suspension. It’s one of their programs.
Great for abs I think. So many things you can do for your abs without having to take a toll on your back.
This sounds suspiciously like an ad.
Can I do TRX two days a week and Pilates two days a week?
Do what works for you. Each works different muscles.
This is really interesting that they all are suspension training is good. Shame there’s not much more info from it like real transformation stories
