Sorry for the late response men just saw this and to answer your question no you don’t have to it’s more work that way just sit it on top of the other one then slice it where the cut ends at so it won’t be high
Am glad I could help men, some one thought me years ago am just returning the favor. It’s a lot more I wanted to put in the video but UA-cam wouldn’t let me because my channel is monetize as yet because it would be a long video.
Thanks for correcting me I appreciate it, whenever I edit and upload these videos it be late at night when I get home and I be tired as hell so thank you and if you see me make any more mistakes please correct me.

So, on this Challenger......the perimeter of the quarter panel is plug welded and/or spot welded. What about the wheelhouse where it mates with the panel wheel arch? I didn't see any welding in that area.......is the quarter panel bonded onto the wheelhouse or welded? I'm asking because I plan on replacing the quarter panel on my sons 2014 Challenger. If the panel is bonded onto the wheel house, I'll buy a new OEM panel, but if that area of the panel is spotted, I'll save some $$$ and buy a used panel. I have only replaced front end structural sections, never replaced any structural/cosmetic sections. Hit me with some info, please.
Dam you made that shit look easy lol nice job man
Master at work! Crazy talent
Thanks bro
Nice...
Thanks man I appreciate it
Thank you for this video

How are you cleaing the spot welds under the roof? How are you welding it there?
Morning sir I plug weld it
This wing looked pretty intact. Why was it changed? You could use a spotter for example. But job well done
What wing are you talking about and thank you
@@carbondostructural7691 right quarter panel mean. 😁In my country this part is called the “wing”. Didn't take into account the language barrier.

@@carbondostructural7691 thank you for your response. Do I just need to apply structural adhesive up there or I have to do some spot welds too?
Correct just prime it to prevent future rust and spot weld it or you could put couple holes in it and hit it with the mig welder
@@carbondostructural7691 got it. Thanks. Learned a lot from your videos.
