Sorry, I have been MIA lately but we just bought a house, so it's been a stressful time! I filmed this ages ago but it's taken so long to get the editing done!

I always force my vines pointing up even with bamboo sticks and they quickly produce leaves.
i just discovered your channel, I love your videos! the way my hoyas grow a lot is I put them under strong grow lights. My krimson queen wasn’t growing until I did that. I just suscribed 😊
Thank you so much and welcome! My hoya have grown a lot now Ive moved house. They get a tonne of light now and theyre going bananas. Ive had ten different hoya flower in the last month 😊

My Keri son queen is three years old and yours is bigger than mine. By the way I’ve been growing plants for fifty years so don’t give up.
Thank you 😊😊
Hi Lisa, you have a beautiful hoya collection. So many that are "rare" in the US you have as common and vis versa. I have noticed that if I trellis my hoys with the tendrils pointing down, they will not grow new leaves. Liz
Yes it's always interesting to see the differences across different countries lol. Yeah ive heard that too but then after i heard that i looked and a few with tendrils facing down had leaves and some of my trailing ones are going well too so seems to be quite variable. Its interesting though so i try to keep them the right way
What a collection!! In regards to leaves dropping off, do you fertilise them?
Yup!
@@lisalovesleaves1326 hmmm….. never mind 😂🤣 it really baffles me
@@GrowingGreenNZ yeah idk. Hopefully in my new house the light will be better and itl help
What is the best way to start a new cutting !in water or in soil ?
