Hello Ana hope all is well, your Hoyas are beautiful. I just started collecting some Hoya I have about 10 atm. I plan on looking into getting a few that you showed in this video thank you
it seems that I have the same taste with you in terms of lacunosa. among so many lacunosa cultivars, silver mint coin is my favorite. Also I find hoya sp sabah is quite similar to hoya meredithii and tanggamus.
I am still on a hunt for a Hoya Chinghungensis is so pretty. Leaves look very succulent. My other Hoyas i am looking for are Hoya Wilbur Graves, Hoya Gunung Gading, Hoya Chelsea and Hoya Obovata Variegated Splash.
Hi Mandi, highly recommend the chinghungensis. Super unique Hoya! And I love the Hoya Wilbur graves! Mine is unfortunately not very silver and keeps reverting leaves but still a good grower.
Excellent selection. I just got a tiny heuschkeliana today!! Your right no words. Your linearis & polyneura are beautiful too. Wow, love that gunung gading!
Gorgeous Hoyas you have there. Would love any information on how you got your Linearis and chinghungensis to grow. They are the two I struggle with. Would also love to know where you get you long plant tags. Just found your channel, you have a beautiful collection
Hey Margi, thank you! I struggled with linearis in soil for the longest time. New growth would be weak and fall off. I changed substrates (to pon for me), and I took lots of cuttings from the mother plant and propped them into a new plant. So maybe try either of those? For the chinghungensis, those are usually steady growers so maybe try the two suggestions above OR sometimes I found the specimen I had was just a problem child. If nothing works, maybe try a new cutting from someone else and see if that's better. The long labels are actually drink stirring sticks! Here you go: tiny.cc/xc3txz Thanks for watching! 💚
My Bella always had some kind of mite issue. None of my Hoya struggled to grow except that one and those mites were stubborn as heck. In the end I had to toss it 😢 Lovely Hoya collection ❤ makes me want more Hoyas 😂
I'm glad I'm not the only one who has pest issues with the bella! It's such a nice hoya, but that is one of the main drawbacks. Sorry to hear about your plant! But sometimes it has to be done to stop the spread. 🥲 Thank you! lol yes I am fully aware this video might worsen hoya addictions 😂
Beautiful hoyas 🥹🫶 I've some in my wishlist v. Lisa , retusa , gunung gading , calistophylla long leaf , acuta inner v. , pot of gold , obovata splash 😅🫶
U explains very well thanks for u ,beautifully, plants u carry ,wish u good luck , I am a plant lover to ,in door out door but n’y counters is Canada 🇨🇦 ! To cold , !
Hi Andy, thank you! I had to look back in my purchase history, but I bought the cuttings from Etsy. Here is the seller: www.etsy.com/shop/TabithasTerrarium Coincidentally, she just posted some new mathilde splashes today! 🤗
I bought a broget but it basically has no splash. 😏 However, it has doubled in size to a huge plant with 8+ long arms in 3 months. So, I’ll try not to complain.
Good morning Ana. The mathilde cutting I got is growing. Thank you for the reference to Tabitha seller. I just want to ask how much light does it need per day? Right now it is 10 inches under grow lights 14 hrs daily. Is that ok or too much?
@@andydeguzman4304 yay! I’m so excited for you Andy! I usually keep mine under T5 grow lights on for 12 hours a day. if it’s doing fine under 14 hours with that distance and not getting chlorotic (yellow-y) then I’d keep doing what you’re doing!
I just watched this wonderful video. I am definitely subscribing to this channel!! I will enjoy learning from Ana.😊
I gasp deeply when the Sabah showed up!!! Such majestic leaves!
YES this is the reaction I was hoping for! 😝
Beautiful Hoya collection! I only have a few of these Hoyas but they’ve been a joy to grow. Many thanks for sharing! 👌🪴🥰

the lacunosa mint coin is so pretty and yes, I see the similarities between those. thankfully the sabah is much easier than the meredithii!

That’s a bummer about the splash but excited to hear about the growth! 🙂 The broget grows like a weed.
When you say you're not a Hoya enthusiast.... But you're fricken obsessed. I see you! 🧐

Be careful! Might end up like many of us who now have 50+ hoyas… it’s a slippery slope
