Hehe I recognize that anulata 😉😆 those marks are just oedema from inconsistent watering earlier, you can cut them off if you like but they won't effect future growth 🥰
I use a soil-less mix. This is the mix I use and it says whats in it, below. Have found my hoyas thrive in this mix! No root rot and huge roots. And i use it for my aroids too. In terms of care, I just water when quite dry and they all get bright indirect light. I use GT Complete focus in the warm months. They love it and it makes them flower like crazy. Thats about it.
