    Nobody ever explains from which row one should start counting the number of rows to go below. From the one that is currently working which should be 1, and then 2 the previous row, and so on) or the count should start from the previous row that is crocheted, and the current one should be omitted?

      You count from the row thats already completed, so the previous row
