Bhai, You analysis is on point. I totally agree this would be for very niche market and I doubt penetration would be there for tier 2 city.

It means ecommerce will shift to tier2 or tier3 and quick commerce will replace ecommerce in tier1 city.

There is rise of eCom in tier 2/3 for sure but still majority is from metros DLI/MUM/BLR/CHE/Hyd etc. qCom will be growing in metros but they may not replace eCom, however eCom and qCom may start converging for sure.

meri 10 LPA salary he Indore mein , Kya mein Top 1% mein hu? Maine kabhi Blinkit se order nahi kiya, Zepto is not in indore...Zomato ke rates almost double he..Swiggy se order kiya he mosty non - veg wo theek thi...I dont think this Quick commerce will ever be profitable in India...yaha Ameer logo ne Nuakar rakhe he aur baki mere jaise middle class bhot price sensitive he, frequency of orders is very less in Tier 2 cities and there are only 5-6 top Metros in india

You are right Indore is tier 2 city so you live comfertable in 10lpa. You are probably top 5% if not 1%. But this will be top 10% in metro like Delhi/BLR/Hyd etc
