Arpit, please share your detailed thoughts/research on relocating to SE Asia such as Malaysia, SGP, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, etc. I think for someone who have live in the US for a long time, migrating to India might not be easy due to lack of basic infra and civic sense. SE Asian countries being close to India has the proximity advantage as well as high class Infra.

Yes I am also exploring these areas too. Maybe I'll try to visit Malay again to decide if its going to make sense. W our current situation, India is best bet as we have contacts w Dr in Delhi and can easily bring in house help etc.

@@realtalks1 True, India is be best economical option for an Indian with kids cos India education is superior to that of Soth asian countries(except may be SGP). But housing is so cheap in Malaysia, I was really surprised. You can buy a decent 4BED house near KL for 200k while same will cost 10+ cr near Mumbai or pune.

$100/hr is too much for a cleaner. I hire for cleanup and they charge around 35-45/hr.

Yes mine is fixed cost not by HR, she does a good deep clean of the home. Takes 1-2 hrs. Earlier she used to bring 1 more person. But last time she came herself only. Will see if she shows up today and does the work in an hour or 2
