I already shown all material names in the start of video. This is Neon LED Strip, and you can use any thin transparent wire for wiring
What an astonishing video Sir! I have a question: How do you come up with the size of the acrylic „base“. How thick does the base have to be and how do you come up with the space between Stripe and Neon Tube so it looks nice?

This is 5mm sheet. You can use 4mm also if sign is small

Hi, what type of led strip lights you use? I ordered a strip light i'm not aware it should be cut per meter. I need a led like that, can be cut any size. Thanks
When ordering from online site just check the description of product. Buy 1cm or 2cm cutting point neon strip 1cm cut neon is expensive and 2cm cutting point strip is less expensive.
Hey man some advice for one I'm making in my home, the led strip you use, you seem to just cut it anywhere and from I can tell I see solder points, is that due to that specific strip or do all of them that style allow you to cut anywhere
No brother all Led Noen strips have cutting points. Some have 1cm cutting point some have 2.5cm.This strip have 1 inch(2.5cm) cutting/Soldering points.

I used quickfix super glue. I tried so many glues and all off them were rubbish. This glue don't leave any mark and reaction time is very less

Great vedio for the beginners...I have been making them ....Can you suggest to solve the problem of super glue nozzle getting clogged frequently .👍
Yes i am planning to upload some tips and tricks videos where I will discuss these problems. Use plastics nozzles they are cheap and if one is clogged you can change another one. After finishing glue work cover the nozzle with paper tape It will solve your problem.

Dear friend. You cut wherever you want? I see some neon strips where I can only cut in 5cm each. Anothers I can only cut 100cm each. I dont understand wich strip you have.
There are so many types of neon strip with different cutting points. The one i used in this video is having 2.5cm cutting points
Great job. Hi, i have a problem with my neon light. There two lengths of wires with metal plugs that go into a spitter into a transformer when i connect one in it turns the light off when the two are connected the light switch won't turn off any ideas whats wrong?

In some neon strip positive and negative are changed. In some strips positive connections are on top and some have +ve connection at the bottom of strip. First check the connections maybe your problem is solved
wHY did you made those groves in plexiglass where the led lines go?
Brother these are not groves, these are just lines on flexi glass so that i can trace my design. These lines are drawn by laser machine.

This is transparent wire with 2mm guage, i buy from china
How much maximum length I can powered up with 12V?
I used 12v 5amp power supply for this project. If the sign is big then you can use 12v 8amp supply. 12v is constant only ampere is changed according to size of neon sign.

Brother this is super glue, easily avaibale in markets or hardware shops
After watching, I feel like the answer is NO.....but......... Do I need to buy NEON/LED Rope that is advertised as "Cuttable"? It seems to me that standard, RGB Neon Rope of any length will do the job.....Single color or One Color at a time, full spectrum. The RGB+IC looks like "Cuttable" is the only way since each section can be controlled independently. Am I on the right track? Thanks!!

I bought this glue from local market in pakistan. Not available on online flatform. You can buy any Super glue on amazon. First try on a sheet if it is working good then u can start your project. Buy 2 to 3 glues and select the one with good result

You have to design it in computer then acrylic sheet is cut with laser machine. Alphabets are also printed with Laser machine

How do you ensure all the cut points are on a cut line? It looked like you just laid it out and cut without looking.
brother the cutting points are printed behind the Soldering points. i just cut on the line which is less visible in video.
