This 1mm diameter wire. U can use thin wire but it must be good quality.

For the soldering process how do you protect the soldered joints? Is there worry of short circuit when hung if solder comnection is not good? Normally i cut my wire and connect two pieces but i see you run the wire on the back, expose positive and negative and solder this way.

Yes dear it is dangerous to leave the soldering points uncovered. I usually use glue gun to cover these points to avoid short circuit.

When you start connecting all the LED together, are you just burning the insulation and then connecting the wires together with solder?

No brother i just used sharp blade to peel off insulation to making soldering process easy. Watch again the soldering process

This is 2.5cm cut neon strip. The cutting lines are less visible in some strips thats why its hard to see on camera

Brother i dont know about these sizes. Jo wire meny use kiya hy uska diameter 2mm hy. Agar sign ka size bara ho to phir 3mm wire b use kar sakty hain.
