Glad this video was helpful ! thats the point of me making them to help others ))) Thank you for the sub as well ;) be sure to check out other videos ether for fun or for future mods ))
Thank you very much ! I really like how they look as well and they sure perform much better , before if it was raining and I was at light uphill going up from a stop my rear tires would spin few times.. no grip.. now I have no such issue
I wouldn't have went back to the same place if they are that incompetent. someone else would have earned my business. did you get a new alignment at all? the old tires look worn on outer edge, don't want you ruining the new tires with premature wear. thanks for the video.
Hello did u check the date on your new tires? To make sure there new? It's a birthdate for the tires .. Also there two numbers and a letter right after the size of the tires. Make sure that you get the same number. The tire shop does not tell u about that number and letter number. Those two number and one letter has a purpose. It has to do with the speed which goes to your gauge..
Thank you so much I will be honest with you I did not looked at those numbers ))) but when I go to buy my next set of tires that I hope to upgrade them maybe by the end of the summer for something else I will for sure pay attention to that too )
It shouldn't as it will push the wheels more out so I dont think so.. you can try like that but if not then still to do the "melt mod" is easy ) Good luck let me know what kind of results you get
@@AdamAdam-di9bo i ended up making a relief cut in the body under mudflap. There is a video on youtube of a guy doing it. gives you like another 1" of clearance. havent had a single rub since ive gotten the tires. that includes melt mod as well.
Hey friend . I just put a 285/75/16 hankook dynapro xtreme and after 60 mph start shaking a lot with vibration , did you experimented the same or some kind of vibration after installing those 285? Thank you in advance!
hey ! no sir ! I have not .. nor even with the 315s that I put later.. were the wheels balanced ? sounds like they are unbalanced and thats why at high speed that can do that
@@DIY_AUTO_PHOTO yes they are balanced, but one of them it was a trouble to get into balance , I really appreciate your answer!! Thanks to you. I know there’s something wrong. Definitely I have to check that out to see what’s going on.!
@@BULLISHGUY-fg3so arlight !! glad you found the issue with one of the tires ! and I am glad and happy this video are helpful ! thank you very much for watching them
Thank you ! I bought them online I was looking for best cheapest deal lol and in the end the discount tires was cheapest the price included replacement of tires and balancing them
Looks good! While you wait for a lift, if you take the side steps off it will look taller!
I been thinking about taking them off.. so I might do that soon. )
Taking those shitty steps off my frontier was the first thing I did.
This was extremely helpful, thank you! Gives me confidence in putting 285's on my stock Pro-4X! Subscribing!

What is the tiresize
Hey this tires were 285/75/16r size hope it helps )
Wow that's pretty sweet!
Thank you!
can you turn them around so there is no white lettering or do you order ones without the raised white lettering?
yes during tire install you can tell mech to install them with black letters / white letters inside there is no problem with that )

I thought the blue/green lettering was permanent. Looks great
no its just temp paint on top of white letters to keep them clean... but they do also make this tires with red letters boy do those look good !
will 1.5" wheel spacers make these rub when turning?
It shouldn't as it will push the wheels more out so I dont think so.. you can try like that but if not then still to do the "melt mod" is easy ) Good luck let me know what kind of results you get
I put 285/70/17 on mine with 1.5" spacers and it's rubbing even after melt mod and mud flaps removed. Plus VDC off and slip lights on.

Did you get any VDC off and slip lights on after switching to bigger tires? I do have that problem I couldn't find a solution
No I didn't had that issue.. its strange that you have it must be something else.. not the tire size in your case
Those look great. Where did you buy them from?
Thank you ! I bought them online I was looking for best cheapest deal lol and in the end the discount tires was cheapest the price included replacement of tires and balancing them
Are those load range e? If so how does it ride now?
The tires are still look and feel great !! very minimal road noise I would say.. and they still great
What size of wheel do you got??
Hey my full size is 285/75/16s so my rims are 16s and the tires are 285/75s ))
