I think that you misunderstand the vegapunk satellites. I don’t think that he split his personality into the satellites, rather he made effectively a clone of his personality which was then split into 6 satellites which would add up to his personality. Otherwise, VP would have no personality at all currently

I agree with morj’s point about Oda putting too much stuff in an sbs instead of the actual story. Things like kid and his crews backstory, zoros lineage, and now this crazy plotline with cp9 should’ve been in the story. At least mentioned. It just feels like he’s having to cut out some stuff to streamline the story and uses the sbs to fill in the blanks.
If he put it in the SBS, its because he didnt have plans to put it in the story. Zoros lineage and Kid's childhood friend arent important.

Trying to argue that all sbs material wasn’t supposed to be in the actual story is baseless.

Yeah he put it in the SBS because he forgot to put in his introduction and it would feel random to reveal it now in the manga.
You guys just want to complain, barely anythings thats actually worth revealing in the main story was revealed in an SBS.

People make mistakes. He’s not this god like figure y’all act like he is. He’s made mistakes that resulted in him releasing information in an sbs that he would’ve revealed in the actual story. Kids fruit is a clear example of that. All we’re saying is stuff like cp9s adventures during the ts would be cool to at least be mentioned in the actual story even if we don’t get to see the full thing.

Chapter starts where we left off. Warcury does not recover from the robots punch. Robot sends him flying with another punch.
Luffy is still amazed by the robot More dialog of Joyboy: Emeth, when the time is right for me to return, you have to teach him - the one who will inherit my will…
Vegapunk broadcast continues: “Rocks and Roger were the closest to fulfilling the will of D! But why they chose not to remains a mystery even to me.. “
We see the reaction of buggy, he looks a bit sad:Rocks…
Ju Peter quickly swims through the water and tries to take a bite of the ship, but luffy catches him, ties him into a knot and throws him back to the island.
Luffy starts laughing. In that moment the ship gets hit by an attack from nusjoro. Sanj has to protect Bonney from the shockwave. Sanji: Luffy this is no time to be laughing!
The robot speaks directly to luffy: Joyboy had the same problem as you. If you want to fight seriously, you need to overcome the will of your devil fruit.
Luffys eyes bcome stars and pop out: The robot can talk?!
Luffy transforms into base and looks a bit more serious: so that's what I had noticed … Gear 5 is crazy strong but sometimes it feels like someone else is trying to take over.
We see chopper thinking of his monster point: Luffy, there are ways to control the will of your devil fruit! But it might take a lot of time.
Luffy is looking with a very serious face into the direction of the elders. We see two small flashback panels of Sentomaru and vegapunk getting attacked “I couldn't protect axe guy and apple guy while using gear 5. There is no time, I need to control this form no matter what! Otherwise I can't protect my friends!
The robot says that Joyboy was able to control his awakening by maintaining a state of complete calmness.

Shocked Strawhat and giants reactions

Back to the flashback, we see the moment luffy gets hit by Miss Goldenweeks attack, Colortrap: Green, where luffy then calmly drinks tea
In the present, Luffy has finished his transformation but instead of white hair, his hair is now green and he has scales. Luffy: So this is my real peak.I think I will be able to fight seriously in this form. In honor of the color which helped me achieve this form, I will call it: Gear Green!
He proceeds to one shot all five elders. Chapter ends with all five elders drowning with a thought bubble: “Save us, Imu chan! We thought he was saving it for Red Hair! “
