It was time to travel south to Serdang.
In contrast to Penang & Ipoh, Serdang is a bit of an anti climax.

Thanks for sharing - always interesting. There looked to be hardly any traffic at the start, but I guess it was early hours - then it picked up quite a bit. I noticed for the first time that there were no classic 'bunny ears' sticking up for the Brompton gears on your handlebars. I assume you have gears, so have you 'inverted' them, or do you use something else?

I think since 2017 (?) Brompton created a new gearing shifter, that goes under the handlebar instead of the old "bunny ears".
They even have an all new re-designed superlight titanium version but it does cost an arm and a leg.

P.S. also explains why turning my brompton upside down to change a tyre is such a pain

@@wayneriley7557 with the Bromtpon I generally do keep the pressure quite high, and with Schwalbe Marathon, I have not had a puncture for more than 2 years. Low pressure tyre pinch is quite common with slim ish tyres.
