i hope they change the map to allow you to zoom in and out. They should also make more things to design youre village such as, roads, paths, bushes. And they need to make it so you can REGROW TREES
EDIT: The 0.1.2.0 update has been released allowing map zoom, fast travel, and a few other features! Exciting to see some of the recommendations being added already! Time Stamps: 0:00 Video Start! 0:15 Introduction 0:41 Sengoku Dynasty Overview 1:45 World Building and Story Telling 2:54 Gameplay Loops and Engagement 4:14 Early Access Woes 5:57 Final Thoughts 7:04 Outro
The same year I had moved to Japan Ghost of Tsushima came out. So I was sitting there in my living room wondering if the bird song is coming from the TV or from outside, because they really really nailed that environmental stuff. Hope this gonna be done right here as well. Cheers for the video mate, on your way to that thousand!
Thank you for doing this video, this game is a great game for a EA game... You basically talk about everything that I have issues with in the game and what i love about the game. so Thank you
This game is a great sleeper pick and truly surprised me for how great it is having just released. The devs have also released a roadmap for patches and new content over the next year as well! You might just be seeing a video covering that news next weekend 😉
Question for you. Can you play any class? Can you be a Ninja assassin or Yakuza criminal? Also, are you aware of a Viking version of this type of game.
There are no player classes as the game currently stands but there are intentions of adding them before the full release Currently there is Medieval Dynasty, Sengoku Dynasty, and Wild West Dynasty but I’m sure a Viking version exists, I am just not sure so I can’t make a recommendation
This is just a reskin of medieval; don't get me wrong it's an entirely new engine, but it seems like a rough copy paste for the most part. I've bought this and will patiently await the combat update!
Yes, players coming over from Medieval will notice a lot of carryover mechanics/storylines to the game. As the early access development continues this game has plenty of room to build a platform of its own. I am also eagerly awaiting the combat update!
As the game currently stands there is very limited combat mechanics. There is planned additional content regarding more advanced combat and weapons that will be releasing before the game leaves Early Access. I'm actually working on a video covering all the new content planned to be added right now!
I wrote the review that then was used as the script for this video! I’m still working on being able to read scripts without sounding stiff and robotic. I’ll try focusing on this a little more in my next videos
The game is still in Early Access and is planned to triple in size, both map size and playable content, over the next year. The price is set based on all that additional content being added in for free in the future. The main payoff right now is the developers are listening to player feedback and will work on changing/adding what the audience is interested in. With a bit of dedication from the devs and patience from the players, this game could easily be a top indie game from the past couple years.
Dude, way underrated channel. Love how friendly you are and how the review was written. subbed

I can tell you they nailed the barn owl in the game as I was immediately thrown back to childhood where I would hear them every evening growing up

Does it have combat? I'm having trouble finding video of combat in this game.
I've also been searching for the same because it's mentioned on the store page, but I've seen no one show an example

See my above reply
TLDR: combat is still basic but more advanced fighting will be added within the next year (or so)
@@banshreddedcheese Thank you. I have heard they are working on combat, but I can't even find examples of the basic combat they talk about
Dude are you reviewing or reading a blurb 😮

@@banshreddedcheese You know what mate. I apologize for being facetious.
I've subscribed to your channel. Looking forward to seeing more content.
25 quid for this garbage?
really?

Game is straight 🗑️ don't buy. Never have I played a game where there are obvious paths and stairs the game won't let you use.
