Classic car market has burst,along with the rest of the economy / housing bubble debt binge. See US car markets, they have good data, it's collapsing everywhere and usually leads us by 6 months. I said I'd buy an xjs for $10k.... I stick to that prediction 😊😊😊😊
Brett...... Cut and weld it .... That rust most probably has come from a windscreen leak, A piller leak or the heater matrix. The jagman needs a MIG welder for Christmas !!

It was 12 months outside with Hong Kong humidity. The windscreen is fine.i think! However, I will do a leak test.
Could be blocked evaporator drains
Rust seems severe in that side sill area.... Cars for from inside out usually, I'm sure you'll find the source....keep us updated😊
I would of fish oiled that floor pan, sure the stuff stinks but thr smell is gone in a few weeks.
