- After sorting out my wipers, kind of, it was time for a test drive in my V12 Jaguar XJS, but I had a problem...

Very cool, glad you got it running. I tried to take my wiper motor out but could not detatch the black grill on top.
It’s a bit of a pain to do with the way it’s mounted. It will come out as a whole unit I’m pretty sure with some extreme fiddling! If not it’s just a spanner to undo the 4(?) bolts on the underside from what I can remember. How far did you get with it?
@JAYPCARS got all the bolts off so it was loose but cable or tubes attached to the sides so it won't come. I was told to tape the painted edges so I don't scrap them. I also have heated washer sprayers that are attached with washer pipe and electrical power so I can't detached them underneath
@@ClassicHunt Not quite sure then, this seems to be one of the fiddly jobs that simply doesn’t need to be as hard as it is! Without seeing it in front of me I’m having a hard time imagining the problem. I think it’s one of those pull apart carefully and it’ll make sense.
Oil galley plug leaking maybe?
