Max Verstappen is Dutch-Belgian (mother is Belgian, dad is Dutch) but Max races under the Dutch flag cause he said he feels more Dutch. The national colour of Netherlands is orange hence the reason you see so much orange whenever he wins.
Lewis has been longer in the sport and is a 7 time world champion. He is basically a legend. He didn’t have too much competition till Verstappen came into the scene and that’s when the battle between the two got more and more heated.
Verstappen is quite young. Came into F1 at a ridiculously young age. There is like a 12-13 year age gap between Verstappen and Hamilton. Hamilton is like 37 while Verstappen is 25. Verstappen is a 2 time world champion at age 25. 2021 was a battle between Lewis and Max. While 2022 Max absolutely dominated the whole competition.
Max absolutely wiped the floor with Lewis in 2021. Lewis got massively lucky in Imola after he crashed, Max’s tire exploded out of nowhere in Baku, In Silverstone Lewis “accidentally” crashed into Max and the race after Lewis’ teammate crashed into Max.

In 2021 Max Verstappen ended the 7 year dominance of Mercedes. Lewis Hamilton fought for his 8 title wich would be the most in history and Verstappen fought for his first world champions title. It was the biggest and closest title fight ever and was decided on the last race's last lap.

It’s heavily filtered by music, it’s too fast paced, and it lacked raw emotion compared to unedited races. React to this list from the official F1 channel of the same season.
