Oh! I can't wait to make these for my husband. He was stationed in SK before I met him. As a Ramyen lover, he will enjoy these easy recipes. As always, thank you.
I love Aaron and Claire! I always get the best ideas every time I watch. We have food allergies so I always have to make a million substitutions, but Aaron's "Don't worry about it" makes me feel so much better!
My daily breakfast ramen is as follows: One packet of whatever noodles I have around, be they Ramyun or Ramen. Cook the noodles, remove them from the broth. Add Peanut Butter, Apple Cider Vinegar, Fish Sauce, Sesame Oil, Cayenne Pepper and Sriracha, Lemon Juice and Sesame Seeds. Cook for five or so minutes to get all the flavors working together. Pour broth on noodles, top with whatever veg and an egg if you want.
I looove peanut noodles. Lately I've been having them with peanut sauce which is peanut butter, Thai red curry paste, soy sauce, fish sauce, and some oat milk. (Any milk sub would work, the oat milk works rlly good for me.) It's so yummy with a sunny side up egg on top.
Also… you guys hands down are the best channel on UA-cam! I love you simplify everything. Your really using common things most everyone has in their kitchen. Plus making a lot of dishes less intimidating. Great personalities too… what a bonus ♥️

Peanut butter is a totally magical addition. I don't know how or why but it makes spicy things taste even better, especially when noodles are involved!

I am buying more of this noodles in the grocery.
one that i like to do is make the shin ramyun normally, and add an egg yolk to the soup right before serving, when it's still hot but won't cook the yolk. Mixing the yolk into the soup makes it taste really rich, especially if you use less water
