A tip for those who want lots of green onions but don't want them to go bad: freeze them! I buy in large batches and cut them with scissors then put them in to baggies and keep them in the freezer until I'm ready to use them. If they are fresh when you freeze them they will still be firm and flavorful! Thanks for the recipes Aaron, these will be great when I need a quick dinner after work.
I didn't know they would freeze well! I have a vacuum sealer I'll try and NOW I will always have green onions (Aaron LOVES green onions!!!) ready to go! Thanks!!!
