Thank you for this clear and well paced explanation. It is part of what I need, and it represents the bridge between conveying light and depth in black and white (graphite, which I do basically understand), and the same creation of volume or distance in color, which I am learning like a new baby. I am also looking for some insights on using different but related hues, and shades of them, to create depth and shadows.
You are right, and I did make a note about that in the description box above. Unfortunately I cannot fix the level of the sound without taking the video down completely. I really appreciate your kind words on the art, and I have definitely dealt with the music levels in the more recent videos. Many thanks for watching. Cheers
This is a helpful video and I will apply it to a drawing I am currently doing of crocuses. However, it was difficult for me to watch because of the background "music" that became foreground.
I did post in the comment for that video and some others that the sound was something I was unable to fix, future videos this is not an issue, thanks for watching. Cheers!
Thank you for the comment. Yes, I agree the music is too loud, I’m so new to doing these videos I’m still learning and I will try to fix it. Cheers and happy drawing!

Thank you, i appreciate the comment.
Whats good is no music. Hard to concentrate with music that is why libraries are quiet. Beautiful art
