Very Crispy American Cake Rusk!

Ingredients:
Butter (250 g) or makan
Sugar (250 g) or cheeni
All purpose flour or cake flour* (250 g or 2 cups)
6 large eggs or andai
Baking powder (2 tsp)
Baking soda (1 tsp)
Salt (1 tsp) or namak
Semolina (1 12 tbsp) or sooji
Dry milk (2 tbsp) or sookay doot
-Vanilla essence (1 tbsp)
Lemon juice (1 tsp)
* Take out 2 tbsp flour from 2 cups all purpose flour and add 2 tbsp corn starch. Cake flour is ready for use.
2 cup maida mai sai (2 tbsp) nikal lai oar 2 tbsp corn starch dalain oar teen dafa chahan lai.
