Love these video reviews ... Moondrop Blessing 2 would be my pick but the bravery looking hot ... thanks for the info!
One of the most enjoyable iems that I own are the FH3, the bass is super thick and well controlled, pop and r&b are its domain.
Another great video. You're amazing!
I would love to hear your opinion on the 7hz timeless
I have the 7hz timeless a d they sound so clear and detailed . Thats coming from a fiio fa7.i prefer the 7hz for sound but fa7 for fitment and comfort
I ordered the 7Hz timeless on drop. Bad guy is the only other UA-camr that has reviewed them so far. I would love to hear a second opinion. I’m excited to get my set but it will be a while.
The Lokahi are way better than the 7hz Timeless !
@@MannyScoot I received my 7Hz Timeless last month and am thrilled. Sorry for the inappropriate adjectives, but they have exquisitely transparent fidelity to the original. I just listen to The Brandenburg Concertos and got chills down my back. Then it was down the Velvet Underground rabbit hole and my goodness, it reminded me of my $5K tube amp Rotel setup back in college. 4 stars just to be circumspect.
I own FH5 and I really love the sub-bass on these!
Glad to find someone who share similar music (Jpop, anime music, acapella, some edm) genres to me so I can identify myself and find the most suitable IEMs for my music!
I'm pretty new to the hifi world so I'll have to say the aria, the vocal presentation was really really enjoyable. I know for sure it's not the most resolving iem but it's musicality helps me connect with my library. Can't recommend it enough to new listeners like myself.
Very good video like always, i love your style. What do you think? Fiio fd5 or blessing 2 dusk? Thank you.
I ve always amaze by the technicality of NF AUDIO NM2+
The Final Audio B2 will always have a special place in my collection
Love the blessings. I’m a big fan of moondrops “house sound”
For my favourite IEM under $300, it's the Tin T4. It's got the treble I like but also a good amount of bass to keep me happy.
I recently got a pair of ie300s and I agree with the fact they are really comfortable. They are a bit bassy for my taste, however once I put the foam tips on the bass was recessed to match my preference. I don't know if it's still going but sennhieser had them on sale for $200!
Hi! Love your reviews!!
I just bought the FH5s and love it. At only about $250, how do you think they compare to to others in your excellent review. Also, based on your review, I just ordered the 2021 Tanjim Hana.
Thanks so much for your excellent reviews!!!!
I just bought my first pair of IEM. I went with the Moondrop Aria. All reviews seem to agree it's worth much more than it costs, and I can confirm it really impressed me
As an fellow newbie how much of an "upgrade" is Aria to you from run-of-the-mill earphone/headphone/ etc.?
@@CurseOxuin It's a significant upgrade. Compared to let's say the Samsung AKG earphones that come with your phone, the Arias are much better tuned and have higher resolution. To this day it's the favorite IEM of the ones that I own.
@@lksetani aye, so it's good starting point yes? because my perfectionist part of the brain keep telling me to buy more expensive for better performance lol
@@CurseOxuin If you are new to IEMs I'd suggest you start with the Aria before spending big money on a more expensive one. Especially because this is a very subjective hobby. Get the Aria, enjoy it for some time and see which aspects you may want to upgrade/change. Maybe you find you prefer a different tuning. Maybe you like the tuning but you want an IEM with better technicalities. Or you may even find the Aria suits your needs and you don't need to spend any more money.
@@CurseOxuin
😅😅
Same goes to me. I bought aria two weeks ago. I love it, i enjoy it but my brain keep telling me to buy aful performer 5 😅
I love the moondrop starfield for IEMs under $300. Also, can you review the Fiio FA9 to compare to the SA6?
So far my favourite is Hidizs MS2. But I'm real newbie.
Thank you for this giveaway opportunity.
Incredible list. Wanna try this all!
I just love with passion the Blessing 2, I didn't keep the Dusk because the extra bass. Amazing video!
What tips do you use with blessing 2? Spinfit 155?
@@razetw Final Audio type E, I didn't try Spinfit 155 with blessing 2
@@vvelaquex hmm I have those lying around.. I didn't think they'd fit the nozzle.
I just received azla sedna eartip light (not the shirt version) and they barely fit around the nozzle.. So much so it's almost guaranteed to rip off the mesh so I took it off.
I also bought symbio foams because they also fit the 6.5mm blessing nozzle but again it's hard to slip them on that they too tear off the mesh.
Put of the two, the azla fit the best and do open up the bass... But I feel it's not better. It's like I eq the bass up 1 or 2 db.
And totally not really a big deal.
Spinfit silicon is very very flimsy and I can hear about 75-80% of any ambient noise but I like them the best so far. And they don't rip off the mesh so I think I'll stick with those.
The stock tips azla symbio seal better but meh. Not worth it.
If the stock tips fit your ears with the blessing. Don't bother tip rolling. If they don't fit you well, I'd go azla for noise isolation, or spinfit for 'it just works' and less money.
the fh3 is pretty great for me, i love the bass, its really impactful, especially for hip hop
Bought my Arias Bc of your videos thx!!!
I love how beautiful the mangird tea is, hopefully could afford it in the future
My favorite under $300 is currently the Moondrop Kato - I would put the Blessing2 Dusk above it, but it's a little above $300. The Kato is just a great all around set, and it plays my classic rock and alternate well. Great guitars and vocals. I agree with you on the Tea - sold mine and got the Dusk instead.
My favourite in-ear monitor under $300 is Moondrop Aria. It's super good and it looks so fancy. Even my non-audiophile family members think they look magnificent. And the sound for $80 is super good.
The number One spot really nailed it..😎 blessing 2 dusk my favorite. Iem That i cant buy here in the Philippines cause no one sell this iem here😔. Excellent Review really enjoy watching. More power to you sir💪
I love Hana 2021. Thank you for reviewing it. I bought it because of your review.
how was it, spill some of your thoughts pls, for curious buyers out there
Moondrop from aria to kxxs are good choices. always wanted to try Yuan li to change my mind!
I've been very happy with the Drop x JVC HA-FDX1. The 7Hz Timeless is on its way to me, though. We'll see...
Moondrop Arias hands down, amazing value, amazing sound for something under $200~ apart from wacky cables and bad stock tips, its the ideal iem for beginners into this hobby!
My best iem under 300 will be the Etymotic er3. Etymotics are really one of the best value if you're all about details, analytical sound. I like df neutral sound, so it's alright for me. The small soundstage and deep insertion isn't a problem for me too. I wanna get the blessing 2 someday however. Its been on my wishlist for a long time..
for me it's tanchjim oxygen under $300. BTW, great ranking list, very informative
I love the Moondrop Blessing 2 Dusk as my second IEM, however since I first started getting into IEMS I always wanted a detail monster and now that I've heard your opinion on the anole vx I want that or the noble audio sultan as an end game home theater in an IEM experience as I use the B2D for gaming, movies, and music. What would you recommend for gaming, movies, and music
Go with whatever has the stronger bass response, you’ll need for those application
Waiting for more reviews on the 7hz Timeless as well
Wow, you re the Timmy guy that Crinacle mentioned in his video 📹😍👍. Ask Crin to sponsor you all of his 900+ iems that are already in his iem Database ranking😊.
I love moondrop blessing 2.
So awesome.
I was listening to my IE300 all day at work today ^.^
Not really related to the vid but wanted to ask a question, considering moon drop just released the KATO and they are an upgraded KXXS for the same price, do you think it's worth it to upgrade from Starfields?
Same as last month : kz zsn 10 pro x. Although I'm thinking about bying the meze rai solo's on black friday
My fav are Def the fh5. What iem would you recommend to complement them for hip hop?
Definitely FiiO FH3, it may me realize that IEMs can be good and it was the entrance to this hobby.
You are great bro
I love my blessing 2. They are my go to Iem atm. Worth every penny. My CIEM (5BA) that's twice the price of it has nothing on B2. I don't even use it anymore.
Any recommendations for a mid focused iem with the best imaging and sound stage sub 500?
Have you thought about reviewing the meze rai solo's ?
I really like the moondrop arias!
Which of these would be best for gaming? Or do you have a complete different list for gaming? Specifically Escape from Tarkov
I love the Drop + JVC HA-FDX1 IEM for IEMs under $300
Blessing 2 vs Oxygen? Which one to pick?
@gizaudio the retweet function on the giveaway though does not seem to be working? Says tweet is missing
For under $300, I'll go with bravery. I would love to have a poorman Anole XV in my hands, and its accessories are premium, except for the casing compare to Tanchjim, Bravery is must have next below to B2 Dusk.
Discontinued but I'm curious to know what you think of the Sony xba-N3.
Hi. Which source is normally suitable for Moondrop Blessing2 Dusk. Middle price segment.
Aune Jasper!!! You won't be disappointed
Love your style brother your every single vedio is amazing love from India ♥️🇮🇳♥️and my favorite iem under 300 dollar is Moondrop blessings 2 original because i like more treble 👌👌👌👌
Can you still purchase the Blessing 2 Dusk? Don't see them for sale anywhere...
For $300 I'll got with B2 and now brevery. I think good choices for now!
My first and only IEM so far are the KBEar Believe
my favorite IEM under $300 was the Fiio FH3, but after using the Mele, OMG Mele all the way
Fh3 sounded too closed and too much bass to me
fave under $300 is bravery for me, the tuning is really good, and its been a while since i "wow" at first impression for iem under $300
IEM that I really love for being under $300 is KZ ZSN Pro, because that's the only IEM that I ever had and I never tried any IEM ever😔
but from the review, seems like I will be loving Moondrop Blessing 2 so much if I ever had the chance to try them...
awesome review... you are a really good advertiser, saleman, and anything you want to do i guess 😉... keep up your great 👍 work....
I bought all of these myself except the Bravery so....I don't know what you are referring to by advertising. I also have plans to buy Bravery after I have to send the demo unit back. I only recommend what I enjoy and I always put my money where my mouth is.
@@Gizaudio oh, please don't take it wrong... I meant compliments to your presentation skills, very interesting ... not like reviews from others, boring... your reviews are awesome 👌 👏
I enjoy music with my "7hz Timeless".
It is currently the best IEM you can buy for under $300.
Good luck trying to find a Lokahi, I don't think Linsoul has had any units for sale since March (Sold out pretty fast after BGGAR hyped the set.)
Pretty impressive IEM given that this set was apparently made by a single man.
FH5 is still surprisingly viable given that it retails for around $200, who knew that one of Fiio's best IEMs is one of their earlier models?
I got a pair as soon as I got the email saying they were in stock. They shipped within days. I absolutely love them man!
Fiio FH5 is the 1 of 2 which dont make it in the list because low stock at market? Actually it is not sell at my country now.. But i got it with cheaper price(like a last stock price).. I feel blessed..
Ikko Oh10. I don't even own it haha. I love how it was uniquely designed and its look.
Moondrop Blessing 2 Dusk sounds good with my music library
I will cheat as well :) ... my favourite is Blessing 2, cuz I listen mostly to female acoustic songs. Yo Timmy, are you listening Lee Suhyun's songs? She has beautiful clear voice. What you think would be better upgrade to Blessing 2? Oracle or Clairvoyance? is it Clairvoyance lot better than Oracle?
I currently use andromeda as my main iem. Would you say blessing/dusk could be better?
I've yet to try that but I heard it is quite an amazing set!
Under the $300 price point I've got three go-to IEMs depending on what I'm listening to and my mood. Tripowin X HBB Mele, oBravo Cupids, and the Urbanfun YBF ISSO14. My current daily drivers are the Unquie Melody MEST mk ll absolutely love that set.
Which would you say are best with jazz, funk, folk, and piano....?
Neural / bright neutral sound
I would say that the oBravo Cupids with their planar magnetic have the best highs. Know that oBravo uses a proprietary cable and I've heard of production problems.
Awesome
I thought you would put the Tanchjim Hana 2021 instead the Oxygen.
when does the giveaway ends?
Hmm.. A little over $300 then it would be the Moondrop Blessing2 for me, just above if MSRP. Under $300 though, the Sennheiser IE300 is a really good set as an everyday carry for upbeat genres.
now, you really make me want to upgrade from starfield to blessing2, dang! 😔
For me the fh3 are my favorite. I like their V shaped signature.
My best is the fh3 but that's also my most expensive I'm thinking about making the next step up but I'm waiting for the right recommendation....I needs the best bass I got the sub bass with fh3 but I want the mid bass. Timmy give me the knowledge my guy.
Not the tea!!! 😭😭😭. My holy grail set! Seriously I have not found a more holographic 3-D presentation. I got lucky though because I paid less than $200 because of discounts through linsoul. The upper mid range/lower treble can be a bit hot so I think a lot of it is based off of tips. I am currently waiting on the 7Hz timeless to ship…
Anyone know a good iem for Soundstage under $100
Please review Xenns Up (previously mangird). 699$.
❤️ From Malaysia
I actually owned a mangird tea quite a while and my set had very forward female vocals. Maybe its unit variation.
This is very possible. Chifi is known for QC issues.
@@Gizaudio Did you try some etymotic IEMs yet? Exspecially the ER2SE. They are actually one of the most detailed sets i know if you get the right (very deep fit) with a very good tuning.
Veedix Silver String!
And what abuot the Vidix is better than blessing2
Expensive IEM is a Dream for me just 😌
Well the only IEM I have that even comes close to $300 is the Thieaudio Legacy 3 (and I actually got it 2nd hand for just around $30 haha) I do have some IEMs on my cart close to that price range like the Mangird Tea, 7Hz Timeless, and Final Audio A4000.
Does A4000 has wider soundstage than any other in your collection?
For under $300 I'll go with Tin T4 + Tripowin x BGGAR Mele, the former is treble focused while the latter is bass punch focused. They complement each other PERFECTLY.
I'm actually not mad Mangird Teas are just honorable mentions haha, everyone has their own taste of tonality anyway
I love FH3.
7hz timeless got a set and they are amazing
I have that one coming in soon!
@@Gizaudio nice will be nice what you think vs hybrid and tribrids ( really want something with est )
I like my moondrop Aria
I like moondrop aria
I usually leave comments on yr vids but I guess this time I can kill 2 birds with 1 stone with this one. My fav iem under $300 is Moondrop Aria. Yeah I know, not surprising as most people like this but the hype around this iem is for real. The soundstage for this price is amazing. I like it better than my more expensive gear.
Also, your channel is super entertaining. I find myself rewatching yr vids all the time.
The treble from Aria is slightly Grainy for Me and not too natural, but the mid is very good.
Love my TFZ No. 3. Not the best resolving and recessed mids compared to my Arias and even my BL03, but it's the only IEM that satisfies my basshead needs.
KXXX and my Starfields are both worth 100% of their price. They really don't shine without an AMP/DAC though.
please review isn est50
Love the Oxygen under 300 but can't afford it.. Anyways great video nonetheless :)
geek wold gk10 is pretty good for this price
Ah, the reality of technology. Chances are most IEMs, under $100, would kick the crap out of these, today.
While multiple reviewers of the Oxygen have praised its tuning as a single DD, more than one has mentioned the difficulties in getting a good fit and seal which gives me pause.
What about the Dunu DK 2001? It appears to be a solid, musical choice for your top 5 as a hybrid DD / BA in the under $300 segment of the IEM marketplace.
Mangird Tea?
Cca c12
Fiio fh5 is very bad; please you should do the review of Tanchjim Prism
Shoutout to Blessing 2!
