JUST WOW! 😍My man... I'm in the need to tell you that I'm pleasantly surprised about the final result of the board game and the excellence reached in the production by GMT Games. I'm just in love with this game! When there's an almost perfect communion between publisher, designer, developers, production and artists (everyone involved in its creation!), a board game usually becomes a beautiful Piece of Art. Thank you very much Fred for your endless patience with me and for allowing me to be part of this excellent project. Really looking forward to playing this game! 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌
Congrats Fred, it really looks great! Beautiful production and the art I think it is awesome. I like the different play/rulebooks, I think they did a great work with Vijayanagara I'm happy they did the same with Robin and I love that there seems to be quite a lot of historical details in the playbook. Now I can't wait to receive my copy and play it :)
Watched a play of this game from 2 years ago. There seems to be a lot of luck involved. Robin player lost because of bad die rolls through the game and he could not get money. This concerns me. I wasn’t expecting it to be so luck based. Was the luck aspect reduced or did it stay the same?
I need to buy this for the cover art alone goddamnit...Fred single-handely leading GMT into a more beautiful future. Super curious about the gameplay too of course
When is this out in Canada? April? I have never bought many GMT games, or kept any of them. Mainly interested in this for two reasons 1. Theme 2. Two player only.
I have no specific info on distribution, but it seems like it's available for pre order in some Canadian shops. I would expect it to be available at some point around late April. I hope you will have fun with it!
Stunning production on this. I had preordered the game when the map art came out from GMT but I’m so impressed with what you guys did with the cards and the rest of the game. The British Way was a big hit with my friends and I’m sure this will be too. This one is probably going to sell out of its production run in about a week. Congratulations and thanks for all of your hard work. Can’t wait to play it!
@@HomoLudens1871 The darker background is very close to the Robin Hood piece color. The lighter almost looks tan. Also, the Submit/Revolt markers are blue and red, which doesn't match the color scheme. The only color appropriate thing in the game is the Justice/Order track. Honestly, I don't understand how this kind of stuff gets past designers, developers, artists, playtesters, and publishers without someone speaking up.
Congratulations Fred - really impressed with both the graphic presentation and the user friendly approach. But you only got a 2" box - did you request it be European house size friendly for us?

I am not sure that the game is currently any more luck based than any other coin game that has a dice roll mechanism (which is all of them I believe)

Why does the Robin Hood player have green pieces, but the green event background is for the Sheriff?
Both have green backgrounds, one is light, the other is dark.
