Thank you so much for this terrific video! I am also a personal trainer have a very similar cert path as you. I currently work with clients one-on-one in a studio but I have been looking for how I can scale (and also stop working weekends and maybe eventually weekends 😆). I am so inspired by your idea and I really appreciate you sharing all this! Additionally, I also use a simple spreadsheet - I’ve looked into other very popular brands of tracking finances and the cost was simply too outrageous to justify it. Simplicity rules sometimes! The idea with different tiers sounds really good! I have been considering joining the FITT club but, because of the prize (it’s a great prize! I just have a low income right now) and the fact that it would be difficult for me to come to the live classes (partially due to not being American so time zones and partially due to my own schedule being pretty hectic), I still haven’t done it
The tiers would be exactly what I needed, and I’m sure I’m not the only one who feels that way! I hope you can get to a place in your business where that’s a possibility, but either way I very much admire your business and will continue supporting you in whatever way I can ❤

I think it's wonderful you're thinking about those people who never come to your live classes. I'm one of those people 😉 the reason is I'm from Poland, I prefer to work out in the morning and due to the time zone difference your live classes take place in my evening. So I think addressing that "demand only" portion of your audience will help those of us who love your content but are in different time zones

Some fitness people on UA-cam are knowledgeable but not entertaining or funny - others are funny but don’t really know what they are talking about. Justina is successful because she hits that sweet spot of being both knowledgeable and funny as hell. (I will now try and watch the ads the whole way through. Unless it’s V Shred - we all have standards!😂)

I'd also love to know how trainers/coaches/instructors manage health insurance, the NY state marketplace is outrageously expensive for most plans. Almost twenty years ago when I got my yoga teaching certification I was advised to get hired at Equinox because you could get healthcare if you taught 5 classes a week but it was a very competitive audition system (you had to be a member then get referred by your yoga teacher) and I'm a therapeutic-focused teacher so I didn't think it would be a fit anyway. Times have changed so much since then!
Oof yeah my cheapest option is $500 a month. Just for me and I’m healthy. I guess we navigate it by just sucking it up haha

Great video, clear and concise. 3 part Question for you. With your On Demand offers: how does that schedule work? Do clients pay you a subscription and just sign up for a session randomly? How does that affect your schedule? Or is there any requirement on a notice (e.g. a text the day before). Also ! What is the name of your business and IG handle !? Thank you !🙏🏼
Hey! My on demand workouts don’t affect my schedule in any way except planning time to film the workouts, edit, and upload. Private clients purchase their training package via my site and sign up for a session from my availability. I control my calendar and clients must book at least 24 hours prior. My website and Instagram handle are at the top of of UA-cam page and in the description of every video :)
Curious if I click skip ad does creator lose the ad revenue? How do a that work? Love your channel
I get a percentage of how long you watch. But seriously, never feel bad skipping the ads. Watching the video to the end is the best way to support me for free :)

So like I said in the video, I lucked out and already had a huge following by teaching at 5 different studios and gyms and the start of Covid. And today my biggest marketing comes from social media and word of mouth. Sorry I’m not more help!

A search function on the FITT Club site would be awesome but I usually don't have too much trouble finding what I need. I'm curious - do you know how many views your on demand videos get or which ones are the most popular?
I’ve put in that request SO MANY TIMES, so hopefully Wix rolls that out soon. And yes! I can see allllll my analytics on the backend which is an excellent feature.
