I'm dealing with people trying to low ball me like I'm a dollar store. all the time and experience and suffering I had to go through to heal chronic illnesses and anxiety disorders is worth more then a bargain. I'm learning alot about how to sell myself lol
I'm grateful to hear you talking about the issue people have around pricing their coaching programs. I started out charging $600 for 12 sessions. Eventually moved up to $1800 for 12 sessions, and finally up to $2500 for 12 sessions, but still kept getting clients who weren't serious about getting results. But when I started charging $500 per session I began getting clients who really wanted to succeed, plus saw me as the only person they trusted to by coaching products from. The value people see is connected to the pricing for sure.

And the simple answer to respond with is, "my prices are my prices, there are others who you could find who will sell to you for much cheaper, but you probably won't get the same quality or value." The funny thing is, those same people who complain about something being priced too high will go out and spend a lot of money on things that won't add value to their life.
@@Phoenix.334trust me, what I'm about to tell you is not meant to be taken offensively. Our egos are our biggest obstacles in that arena. Once you solve the mind, actions flow accordingly. If you don't trust your value, do you expect me to believe you? If you trust you are a man that can 10x my investment with you, price is the least of issues. Your ability to communicate value and positioning yourself as an expert, building trust and addressing your prospect's objections are the key here. 🐋
@phoenix.334 Can I ask why you feel uncomfortable asking for x amount for your services? Can I respectfully suggest looking into imposter syndrome? Do you doubt yourself? Do you feel like you’ll be ‘found out’ if you charge x amount and not provide a service worth x amount? That people will not want to use your service? Charge what you feel your experience, time, and your personal investment is worth….and lean into the uncomfortable inner thoughts about it….there is some gold at the end of that exploration. I am a fairly new coach, 6 months now & charge $1500 for 12 weekly sessions. Consult is free. My sessions tend to run more like 90-120 minutes & I am good with this. I can go through everything thoroughly to ensure I don't miss anything. I am a Trauma-Informed Wellness & Creativity Coach. Ill up my prices after the first year, or when Im nearing capacity on the number of clients. All my clients highly appreciate my above & beyond.

Ooh i lovvvvve the high ceiling out the gate. I would’ve never thought to start at 1k+ for my coaching packages but it immediately made me mentally elevate what I’ll give. I am just about to launch my business but I have reverse worked my salary and benefit costs and came up with having to at least charge $60 per hour based on working 35 hours a week and 52 weeks a year, so probably need to be charging more if I want sick leave and Vacation.
This truly set me free! What I do isn’t supposed to be cheap. And what I offer takes a lot out of me. I can’t offer my best at cheap prices because I don’t have it to give.

Right! mostly because professionals manage most of these tactics and loopholes better. I was able to scale from $35K to 65K this crash by following my coach's advice.

The truth is most coaches are female and most are young attractive with with little life experience marketing themselves mostly other women for large sums.Privilege marketing to privilege because their hard lives are "stuck". And then they market training to other wannabe coaches for thousands. I'll probably get flamed for saying this. But someone prove me wrong.

O gosh. I truly low balled myself. I met with a 'shark tank's type retired men unexpectedly and they loved my vision but told me I was cheating myself. I charged more and got more customers. I am up to $1000 per package. Now, you have challenged me to have a base of $1500. Thank you.

Pardon my response, it seems this is very expensive. I realize, however, that it depends on what particular services are offered by the coach. My idea is on a more serious level in the mental health arena.. I remember when I needed help, and I could never afford these amounts..is the package prices expected to be paid up front? Makes me wonder Is this about helping people in need or money

It seems that she is speaking about $2500 to $3500 for packages. Packages will vary in the number of sessions and duration. I personally sell my $1800 package that is 2 months/ eight session, one weekly. This is still on the inexpensive side.
Before I go on watching the video, I am just learning about life coaching and have guestimated my fees. For a 3 month package, it is $550 (7sessions) and for a 6 month package it is $850 (11 sessions). I am not sure if this is a good price point or not though. Individual sessions are $125 for the initial consult and $75 for each session thereafter. Pricing any of my services are a really hard thing for me. If you have any feedback for me, that would be really appreciated.
@@queengoblin jeepers. I mean, i will be working in the community where people can’t afford to pay those prices. My goal is to help people discover what they want, and support them in getting there. But I can’t do that by charging exorbitant fees and making them worry about how they are going to pay thier already too high bills. That will only cause the client to stress more.

Say you charged 3500 as a base price. Then what do you charge for your highest package? Also I don’t do online coaching. I’m doing something for a very niche clientele. But my thought was sort of towards having the highest priced package at least 10X of the lowest, which makes the lowest at say 3500 look very inexpensive in the purchasers mind. Would this be for individual coaching packages or group? Ive had another coach say she began with low price group packages and built from there (something like 300 for a month or 3)...thoughts? Im creating a group coaching program hence the question! Thank you ❤

Say you charged 3500 as a base price. Then what do you charge for your highest package? Also I don’t do online coaching. I’m doing something for a very niche clientele. But my thought was sort of towards having the highest priced package at least 10X of the lowest, which makes the lowest at say 3500 look very inexpensive in the purchasers mind. Like my though was have the highest package be like 50k. Is that the right way to look at it? Or should I be think even higher on the highest priced plan? I will subscribe. Thanks

When you put these price packages. How long is the coaching for? Is it for a month, 6months, 1year etc. The reason I ask is because I was looking to get some coaching but his charge is 20k for a year!

I am currently charging $650 for my SEO coaching that involves 5, 1 hour calls and I am only a newbie in the coaching area. But the hardest part is that people find it expensive (for reference i am from India) but my Target audience are not indians. And its so hard to show them that they should invest this because this will help them in long run. Lol if I were to charge $1500 they would think that I am a fool or something
