Tokyo National Museum in Ueno is Japan's oldest and largest museum, boasting an impressive collection of artifacts, including samurai armor and ancient ceramics. Video and photography are mostly and understandably prohibited.
After the museum, we took a short walk through Ameyayokocho, a bustling market street, enroute to Akihabara. The scenery transforms from cultural heritage into a modern tech haven, with its array of electronics shops, anime stores, and themed cafes.
