He also gave the Prosecution pretty much everything they asked for and even let them continue the trial after not disclosing escupatory evidence (twice!), violating the defence's fifth amendment rights and aiming a firearm at the jury.
There's another angle too. The jury were of his peers, people who lived in that community. That Kyle was trying to protect. That the people Kyle shot were trying to burn down. It was a combination of factors that lead to Kyle, correctly, being found innocent.

Some of my favorite facts that never reached Twitter, Instagram, CNN and MSNBC. 1) Kyle's dad lives in Kenosha, most of his dad's family lives in Kenosha, Kyle works in Kenosha. 2) The AR-15 Kyle used was never in Illinois. It was stored in a gun safe at his friend's house in Kenosha. 3) During the trial, Gaige Grosskreutz admitted that Kyle had lowered his AR-15, and that Kyle did not shoot him until Gaige pointed his pistol at Kyle's head. MSNBC's summary of the Grosskreutz testimony was something to the effect of, "I had my hands up before he shot me." 4) Kyle had spent the previous night in Kenosha sleeping at this friend's house. During the day (of the shooting) he was photographed cleaning protester graffiti from public buildings in Kenosha. 5) The Prosecution never executed a signed warrant for the videos/photos (of that night) on Gaige Grosskreutz's phone.
6) Kyle lived closer to Kenosha than both Gage and Anthony Huber who lived in Milwaukee and Silver Lake respectively. 7) JoJo was a bipolar schizophrenic off his meds who had just been released from the hospital after a suicide attempt.
@zod0070 I watched it gavel to gavel. As bad as the vid makes its seem, it was far worse. On top of pointing a rifle at the jury, he was a sniveling spunktrumpet the whole trial.
One thing that cracks me up is, the fact that Binger expected Kyle to bare knuckle fight each rioter. This is coming from the same people that say silence is violence and “hate speech” is violence.
Exactly, people screaming that they will beat him to death and he's expected to brandish his fists so that if things look rough after 10 people dog pile him, he doesn't have a chance to grab his weapon. Honestly grabbing a gun first and foremost (but not shooting) is generally safer (assuming the gun doesn't misfire) because you don't get beaten, they don't take a punch from you, they don't take punches from each other while they are flailing, etc. They back off, confrontation over, his life isn't under threat anymore... except for the idiots who still charged him (and had a gun, so a fist fight doesn't make sense) and got shot. Can you imagine being in his situation though? a crowd of chasers, one has a skateboard, you can't tell if anyone else has weapons gun or otherwise (turns out yes), and you're expected to fisty cuffs with one 17 year old vs 20 adults? The prosecution must have smoked some out of date weed or something to think that would make sense.

Mr. Rittenhouse wasn't tried for murder, he was tried for counter revolutionary activities. Since that is not defined by law, Binger was not bound by the evidence, the Constitution, court procedure, or even etiquette. He was not formally censured, kicked off the case, charged with contempt, or even charged with assault with a deadly weapon for brandishing a firearm at the jury. (Note: "assault" does not require actually touching the target; that would be "battery". The mere threat is enough.) Fortunately, the jury saw through Binger's lies.
@@michaelharper3851 Indeed not--if the judge enforces procedure, the set of written rules defining courtroom behavior. (For a taste, search for "FRCP".) But Rittenhouse's judge let Binger get away with all sorts of shenanigans, with little more than spluttering judicial protest. Binger is often accused of being incompetent or stupid, but this exact strategy--trying people for all sorts of vaguely defined crimes under arbitrary procedures--was the essence of many soviet show trials. Frankly people need to realize that Binger is not incompetent. He was desperate and willing to do anything to win a case that he knew was impossible to win.
That's true, except he admitted to being emotionally driven in the trial and even almost got thrown off the case at one point. He was very politically bias. That does NOT belong in the justice system. If your gonna bring in fucking call of duty to try to frame someone as a murderer then you deserve to be laughed at. He's supposed to prosecute based off of evidence, not try to frame him for a crime he didn't commit by bringing up movies and video games. Justice isn't about winning or losing, it's about keeping the right and wrongs consistent and all Binger cared about was winning an unwinnable case to get that sweet ole money, not justice. The fact that people didn't know the outcome of this case and were anticipating it shows how fucked up this textbook self defense case was and Binger was at the center of why it was so fucked. So yes people realize this, but they do not care. I actually did see him as competent at his job, but not at serving justice which you could argue IS his job. So depends how you look at it and how good/bad your morals are.

The word hypocrite ultimately came into English from the Greek word hypokrites, which means “an actor” or “a stage player.” The Greek word itself is a compound noun: it’s made up of two Greek words that literally translate as “an interpreter from underneath.” That bizarre compound makes more sense when you know that the actors in ancient Greek theater wore large masks to mark which character they were playing, and so they interpreted the story from underneath their masks. They were deemed among the lowest members of the civilized society, on par with whores and prostitutes. It was considered disgraceful for an honest member of society to be seen among them. The really funny thing is that based on other similar cases he might not even have faced any jail time if he was black. His bail had been set at $2 million. The Waukesha man who drove into a crowd killing 6 and injuring 60+ was out on $1000 bail at the time, having among other things driven over his girlfriend, and he had a rap sheet as long as your arm and a long history of threatening posts on Facebook. There's another angle too. The jury were of his peers, people who lived in that community. That Kyle was trying to protect. That the people Kyle shot were trying to burn down. It was a combination of factors that lead to Kyle, correctly, being found innocent.

MSNBC's summary of the Grosskreutz testimony was something to the effect of, "I had my hands up before he shot me."
4) Kyle had spent the previous night in Kenosha sleeping at this friend's house. During the day (of the shooting) he was photographed cleaning protester graffiti from public buildings in Kenosha.
5) The Prosecution never executed a signed warrant for the videos/photos (of that night) on Gaige Grosskreutz's phone.

To be fair, THAT bar is so low you could walk over it blindly without worrying about tripping on it.

Quite honestly, the actual prosecutor was as ridiculous as he was portrayed in this video.
You can't make up laws on the spot to indict someone and make them look worse.............Right? i aint a lawyer
So depends how you look at it and how good/bad your morals are.
incompetence needs to be retired from the conversation. we're waaaaay past that. this is *criminal negligence* at best. if you hear people saying "oh they're an idiot" please do correct them. there will not be change so long as this *criminal negligence* continues to be dismissed as ignorance. if you want people to be held accountable, comfort and conviction don't live on the same block! respect

how did you guys leave out the guy pointing the gun at EVERYBODY in the courtroom??
How have I never heard of this channel? Just subscribed. Much Love and Aloha from Honolulu Hawaii 🤙🏼 💯🇺🇲

Speaking of the black man the kid was innocent it was clearly self-defense I clearly agree with the justice system being unequal but I agree with this verdict because the right is self-defense is a god-given right a human right a high right and every other right you can think of
what blackman? the black man who jumpkicked kyle but ran off and didnt get shot?
But the justice system isn’t unequal. That is a narrative made up from whole cloth by the media. They just quietly wouldn’t have made this case national news if it was exactly the same but Kyle was black.
@@derekeastman7771 outside of media manipulation I would argue that the justice system is unequal just not in terms of minority vs non minority. The justice system is very much unequal in terms of money/power vs well everyone else. Sure from time to time justice is done but more often than not those with power have a great deal of leeway when it comes to the justice system.
@@derekeastman7771 if Kyle was black the news would have hit this HARDER, and claimed kyles three assailants were the white supremacists, and that anybody who disagrees is a white supremacist, and their disagreement is proof pro secong amendment people only want white people owning guns. This case had nothing to do with race, yet it was made about race... Surely if it involved a black person, they would have made it about race even harder. That's the thing with their movement, they just imagine racism to get offended at, and they offer no solution or goalpost.
I didn’t know Kyle was black? Why isn’t blm fighting for him?
Ya i agree ..they fight about anything involving race lol
Kyle is actually half Hispanic so looooool if you look white instead of Hispanic ya guilty. 🤣🤣👍🏾
Because Kyle wasn't Burning, Looting or Murdering. He was actively trying to prevent those things being done to minorities and their businesses in his community by mostly white BLM out-of-towners. He was prepared to administer first aid to anyone who got injured regardless of which side they might be on or what color they might be. Of course BLM was going to find that unacceptable.
Should have had Binger go onto first person call of duty mode as he is pointing the gun at the jury with his finger on the trigger. Great video!
He sounds exactly like Kyle Rittenhouse. The cadence was perfect.
The weird thing is this is only about 5% satire.
Some things NEVER change. 🤔
the list of companies i refuse to support grows by the day.. no more ben n jerrys
I haven't bought that brand since about 1993. I've had some served to me a few times at various events and was never particularly impressed. Most flavors are about 25% sugar by volume.
Since this prosecutor hasn't pointed a gun at the jury, I'd be more likely to side with him than with binger.
I'd still not side with him, since Kyle is innocent, but he wasn't as bad as binger.
Finaly some 10 minute recap of the 2 and half weeks process, Thanks!
“You see ladies and gentlemen of the jury! 4Doorsmorewhores up here plays Call of Duty.” 😂
I think it's funny how people keep saying that this trial would be different if it was a black man with an AR-15. I'm curious, would these people support the right to self defense if Kyle was black?
The really funny thing is that based on other similar cases he might not even have faced any jail time if he was black. His bail had been set at $2 million. The Waukesha man who drove into a crowd killing 6 and injuring 60+ was out on $1000 bail at the time, having among other things driven over his girlfriend, and he had a rap sheet as long as your arm and a long history of threatening posts on Facebook. But that was OK because the mass killing and injury was just a tragic accident, plus it was the car that did it, not him.
Yes...what if he was black...would they still say jury got it wrong? Or would they take it as a "win" against the system! Honestly after watching the trail they should have switched (after facts came out) and used how the system was treating Kyle tell "Us" thats how they always get treated...YET they sided with the same "system" they supposedly protest and riot about!
@@mtgradwell really funny how wikipedia called that one an "accident". Don't how if they still do.
@@ollikoskiniemi6221 Wikipedia would definitely be high on my list of "usual suspects" for doing something like that, but their "Waukesha parade attack" article currently has no reference to an "accident", and if it ever did then they've done a good job of covering their tracks.
He did delete two of their favorite kind of people.
Hmm I don't think the prosecutor violated enough constitutional rights in this re-enactment. Oh and of course the judge just bending over and letting it happen. Seriously the guys prosecuting this case need to be in jail. If this trial wasn't televised I shudder to think of the dirty games they would of gotten away with.
I honestly don't care about Kyle but the abuse of the legal system in this case is pretty horrific with the DA introducing CGI evidence, ignoring the Judges rulings, the jury being stalked and photographed to scare them into submission etc. Seriously if your jury has to be driven in with blacked out vans through a riot your not getting a fair trial.
“Be quiet.” That really got me. Keep up the good work.
I am a Liberal and I believe that Rittenhouse is a HERO.
Second amendment 🦅🦅🦅🦅🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Whenever the ATF says, "skiddily do" another felony arrest has been made.
I love this channel.
I watched nearly the entire trial. This is hilariously accurate! Should have had bicep boy admitting that he pointed the gun at Kayle and the prosecutor telling him to shut up.
Hit the forward assist to place the bolt in battery.
Come on there is no reason to have a forward assist. You will never use it and it's just added weight and shit to break.
@@bigrob6076 honestly I've only used it once and I blew up my AR. It didn't want to chamber the round all the way and instead of clearing it I hit the forward assist forcing the round in. Boom whole upper torn apart luckily all I had was a burnt hand from the gas escaping the magwell(blew my pmag apart)
I love how that didn't come out during the trial. I learned about that during his interview with Tucker Carlson. During trial the prosecution kept claiming he pulled the charging handle.
@@snoopywl8880 I was only joking about it. It was once said the forward assist would be the death of the ar platform. I don't know what to think of it. I have never used my assist on any ar platform I've ever had but I'm glad it's there if I would. Now there is actually several ars in production that have eliminated the forward assist. Either way you only need a double barreled Shotgun anyway, right? Let's go Brandon
@@bigrob6076 I mean it was the death of that AR. After that I'm scared to use it and just clear the rifle with the charging handle. But you're right why worry about a forward assist when you got a good Ole double barrel. Loaded with blanks so you don't have to worry while firing in the air.Lets go brandon
Thank you for making these videos.
Is his gamertag really "4doorsmorewhores"?
As a 29 year old father of 2... That's kinda funny. 😆
It was actually his TicTok profile from a while back, not even current, IIRC.
I'd love an episode where Dick gets pissed at Sebastian and sez "How about skittle-dee-DON'T!?"...
Done, we will use that
"That is some weird logic."
"That is the correct logic."
I died 🤣
I dont know why, but Wife Slap makes me laugh every time... I mean "Wipe Slap 😉".
So glad you incorporated it into this one to you guys are hilarious, keep up the great work!
“Brought a gun to a fist fight”
Proper preparation prevents poor performance
“Brought a gun to a fist fight” where even the prosecution's star witness admitted to being in illegal possession of a pistol and to pointing it at Kyle, and he'll never be prosecuted for that because he wasn't on the "wrong side". And who knows how many others in the crowd were packing heat? Virtually everyone else might have been carrying weapons that they did not produce because Kyle was only shooting those who attacked him.
Making Kyle super dark was funny.
Well he is actually Latino on his mothers' side, something that all the people stressing his whiteness failed to bring up as they did so. And Kenosha does have significant Latino and black minorities, and it was mainly their businesses that the mostly-white 'BLM' rioters were obsessed with burning to the ground.
@@mtgradwell And this is why as a black man I don't support BLM. They only support their agenda. Kyle was right in defending himself, good trigger control.
@@mtgradwell Yep. That's why it please me.
I don't know if i should cringe, run or laugh. That's good comedy. Well done guy's😁👍.
Your speech impressions are damn spot on!
I'm a proud perpetrator.
With this evidence I have no clue how he walked 😟
@@gurnblanston3210 But dood, all the Twitter checkmarks told me he was guilty. Boe Jiden even said kyle white supremacist this is crazy. Nevermind the trial evidence kyle needs public execution obviously
Every video gets better and better 😂😂😂
Not even two minutes in and this is gold
This is a great video. Thank you!
FFS! How many. times do I have to say this? Kyle Rittenhouse is HISPANIC!!!
