AY refused to comply with their unlawful requests, so they deferred to using threats to try to force compliance to their unlawful request (unlawful, as their requests have no basis in law, thus AY has no legal obligation to their requests). The fact they deferred to threats to try to force compliance implies that they are a danger to the public.

As previously commented its the roof of the underground garage that's had concrete falling from it,most likely near the entrance where you could see the excavation, people asking when it will reopen, it won't! You'll probably remember Central library in Bradford, wonderful place, Bfd council closed it on the spurious claim of a fire hazard assuring it would reopen after remedial work,what happened? They closed it down demolished the Jacobs well council offices across the road and moved themselves into the library!!

No flight restrictions so no permission required
The CAA website states - The aviation regulations only address the flight safety aspects of the flight and they do not constitute permission
and - Drones and remotely piloted aircraft should be flown at a height over the property of another person which is ‘reasonable’ in all circumstances. Failure to do so could amount to trespass if the flight interferes with another person’s ordinary use and enjoyment of land and the structures upon it.
You might also want to research AIUL v Wainwright and Persons Unknown (2023).

I remember the Interchange when it was built, i remember about half of it was never used and clearly this “ improvement !” has been a failure.
Bradford has certainly gone downhill and is far worse than it was in the 70’s !
I remember it been rough in the 80’s, little groups of Ointment waiting about to try & Tax and kick off smaller numbers.
3 days after Christmas on Boxing Day a bus driver but sadly lost his life

It's probably the roof on the underneath part. I was in Bradford a couple of weeks ago, and the bus station part was closed. I had to go for my train up the ramp on the left by the main entrance as it was closed.

The underground car park under the bus station bits of concrete fell from the car park ceiling they claim storm damage but how can you get storm damage underground I think it’s to do with the multi story car park being demolished vibration from that
I am so glad that I left the UK in 1975. The place has gone to rack and ruin. I used to love living in England when I was a kid. Now I would hate to think of my grandkids growing up in the unrecognisable mess that it has become.
