Thanks for the video Ace Audits. I've submitted the report to the SIA and encourage others to do the same. The more reports they get from others the quicker they may deal with him. This was my report: "Just seen a video of Henry who has an SIA Door Supervisor license acting aggressive and committing a Section 5 Public Order Offence. His behaviour was threatening towards a woman who was taking videos in a public place and even attempted to block her from moving on the public footpath. This guy should not be working in security and I say that as someone who has worked in this industry on and off since 2001. I recently completed my SIA Door Supervisor training and in my opinion, it appears as if he didn't carry out any training, maybe he had someone who looked like him attend the training course because during the training course it's made clear that you are supposed to de-escalate a situation not to escalate like Henry did in the video." There's no reason for security to ever go out into the public street and stop someone taking videos. The training we are given by the SIA is to approuch someone in a friendly way and ask if we can help them. The idea is to show a presence so anyone who is planning anything bad will decide not to come back because they know security are present and aware. Hopefully this is the last time you encounter such a nasty person.
Henry deserves the sack. He shouldn’t be allowed near the public in a professional capacity, definitely not SIA work. You handled him very well, he was trying to intimidate you.

I am not an auditor but I had a similar situation a couple of years ago when i turned my car round on a country road. A guy came out of his house and started screaming uncontrollably at me. I should have complained to the police for a blatant assault which it was. I had opened my car window to speak to him before his uncontrolable rant. His head was right inside my car and it was a very frightning experience. I just drove off without contacting the police because I was late for a gig and couldn't hang about.

I can't believe his name is CLOTWORTHY! You couldn't make it up.
He is definitely worthy of one lol
@@AceAudits worthy of a clout
Glad to hear your doing ok and are back at it. Not only report him to the security company but also show the video of how he treated you to the head of the company off the property in a public place. I would also show the video to the police. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour.
Sack the tw t Please take it all the way please. It really pissed me off.
Best way to deal with him is if everyone reports him to SIA and gets his license revoked
What an aggressive and threatening man. He's an absolute disgrace and a danger to the public. The SIA need to revoke his licence.
It has taken 3 employees to remove and smooth over the situation this unsuitable security staff has caused, If I were running this company, I would have him off site before the end of shift, and I'd be terminating the contract with the security company if ever again there is an issue with their staff. If all companies did so, security companies would stop recruiting such staff, or take steps to ensure they were fully trained and followed their training, then companies would get a better service overall.
Great video....how do you keep your cool?
So many times we see these SIA "trained" idiots, yet we never hear of anyone affected by their abhorrent behaviour actually raising the issue with the SIA.
I think everyone should report him to the SIA. I will be, and will be posting a follow-up if they respond
Mr. Clotworthy? You couldn't make it up.... 🤡
What a worm! Actually, that's an insult to worms.
Nice video Mrs Rimmer
He doesn't qualify for a worm, that's too good for him lol
Those 2 little weasels that came out are just as bad they were justifying his behaviour! Unbelievable
I think they were shocked, and not sure how to deal with it at first
@AceAudits poor excuses for men if you ask me! You stood your ground well though 👏
@@PeteRumley I disagree, I thought they were fine as was the next gentleman who came out. I think they took the "cave/hut" lines to have racist connotations which I don't believe they did and they didn't have a full handle on the situation. Having said that there's a few comments on here which make me believe that there are those who watch these type of videos to reinforce their racism/bigotry/narrow mindedness. I would say condemn the what not the who but easier said than done for some.
@@AceAudits ??? I didn't say there was?
@@AceAudits hoping you've replied to the wrong comment
"Absolutely disgusting behaviour!" as DJ Audits would have said. And we did not even get to hear all of it due to UA-cam policy.
So ...there is no "get back to work" for this horrible man, but rather "last day at work, pack your things and leave our premises"
This has to be one of the worse interactions I've seen in awhile..... This guy Is a bully (I hate bullies) threatening behaviour from a guy who holds the badge... Wow hope you report him as soon as possible... The company do great work but if they don't train their staff.. To me it makes them answerable
He is 3rd party security, not employed by Hologic. I hope everyone reports him to SIA
@@AceAudits I get what you saying about a 3rd party contract... But to me is unacceptable.... Someone secures your site make sure that they represent the company they work for... Both parties are to blame for me
He needs to lose his SIA licence, clearly not fit for the job.
Won't
you can do that here and it happend om March 18th www.gov.uk/report-security-staff-or-companies
You can tell he's been on one of those " Complete Asshole" courses. (3rd Party company) not the company itself.
That is verbal assault and he’s has committed an offence now?
You probably can't provide legislation for "verbal assault".
@@Jackary1232 Secton 5 of the public order act.
Causing Alarm, fear or distress.
This does not have to be physical.
He has very clearly commented multiple section 4 and 5 offences including assault as he clearly was trying to intimate Ace and the sexual slurs (depending on what they were) are abusing and discriminatory language
If he'd pointed at and shouted at me like that he'd need a dentist.
😂 Get the the tooth of the matter...
@@AceAudits 😆
Possibly the worst interaction I've ever seen with a security guard. Some are arrogant sure, but I've never previously seen one get so aggressive with a member of the public. I dread to think what he may done and said had their been no camera rolling.
It's how things go as a woman.
This video really wound me up,just how ridiculous is this bloke,he needs reporting ASAP,I don't know how you keep your cool but really well done!!
I've dealt with much worse than him in a former career lol.
@AceAudits well upmost respect for keeping calm & actually trying to continue to explain why you were not any threat, would he have being that aggressive with a male auditor? I doubt it,inexcusable behaviour.
Man this guy is annoying!
H. Clotworthy, eh?? The "clot" bit is certainly correct.
I sincerely hope that joke of a security guard got sacked for his behavior.
hes not happy with people videoing , but hes OK with the constant CCTV surveillance , hes just a sheep waiting for the police state
uh oh Cartman is here..... Respect my authoritahhhh! 😂
Welcome back btw.
....And yeah wind thingy's are great.
There are not enough female auditors , the dynamic is often different when a woman has the camera , and you have your own style too , so we'll worth subscribing .
Welcome back. Thanks for exposing Henry as the tip of the iceberg of incompetent training in the Security Industry. Here in Bali, security guards have a really sweet disposition. Cheers.
I hope you reported this to SIA. That guard is an ignorant peice of work and a danger to the public.
I hope everyone reports him
Great work Ace, as usual. Disgraceful behaviour from the "security guard" Fair play to the last guy who came out and apologised, but the other 2 guys were trying to excuse his behaviour before the boss came out
understands about 3 words of English and tries to turn it into an argument, LOL
He ticked all the boxes for a Section5 Public Order offence there! Hopefully some of your subs are police. Increasingly seeing SIA with poor English.. this is a dangerous thing in my view.
Should have 90,000 subs ,great work again. How do you keep so calm
Thanks! Its a skill learned over many years of dealing with aggressive people in a former career. I've dealt with much worse than him lol
Well that so called security guard was a real piece of work. He needs to either change his out look on life and calm himself down and retrain or crawl back under the nearest rock and evolve for another few million years. Glad to see you took it in your stride and wasn’t afraid of him. Good to see you back.
That's where the insult 'you stupid clot' comes from! Mr H Clotworthy is the very definition of one. Good job ACE, you kept your cool.
Great to have you back Ace!! So calming watching you deal with these unprofessional wet wipes!!take care out there 👊🏼
Brilliant Video Ace, its great for viewers watching with a live Chat, this was 1st premiere i have ever watched on YT as a viewer , im still editing Lockerbie Film set footage be tomorrow now was suppose to be today 😃👍🏻🏴
Thanks, it was a wild one lol. Looking forward to your vid :) I mostly do members to public, but do live premieres for the juicy videos :)
Welcome back ace, glad you got your personal issue sorted. I assume no bushes or trimming was involved! Great first video back.
Well done Ace.
Why do security companies hire complete fools that don't understand anything. What a horrible man.
For the company to do clearly major damage control by offering a tour shows they really don't want that mess to tarnish their name nor agree with this security muppet.
I think we do have to give praise where it's needed, they very clearly tried to de-escalate the situation which is very positive
Report him to the SIA
Great manager that sorted it out! Good that he had a talk directly to the horrible guard…
No Fantastic company would employee such bad guards , he was despicable
I love how you kept your cool, never raised your voice once. That’s probably why he got madder and madder 😅
Horrible Henry.
Hi honey, great to have you back at doing what you do best, I’ve spent many early hours watching your videos during my recent stay in hospital. I thought the security guard was totally unprofessional in the way he spoke and was abusive towards you.
Hope he gets the sack and has his SIA badge taken off him. I might be in his culture that this is the way he speaks and treats women ?
The other guys regained some respect for the company in how they handled the situation. Well done Ace keep flying high.👍👍👍👍
Those two guys are just not taking control of the situation as employees of this company they need to get their fingers out?
I JUST LOVE THE " NOT ALLOWED" COUNTER YOU ADDED HAHAHAHHAHAAH
Ace channel. Just stumbled across you. You are the business madam. 👍🏻
Has Mr Henry Clotworthy been fired yet? He's a danger to the public and appears to be in need of some form of mental help.
They admit they heard shouting.. disgusting behaviour from them both. At least they had one Guy with some sort of sense of maturity.
What a rude and not very good representation of security. you should report him. Really impressed the way you acted and stayed calm. Great video, keep up the good work.
A terrorist would more than likely get a job there (let’s say a security guard) then they would do terrorism.
What a welcome back after your break! 😮
Please do a follow up about your complaint (if you get a response)
I am not an auditor but I had a similar situation a couple of years ago when i turned my car round on a country road. A guy came out of his house and started screaming uncontrollably at me. I should have complained to the police for a blatant assault which it was. I had opened my car window to speak to him before his uncontrolable rant. His head was right inside my car and it was a very frightning experience. I just drove off without contacting the police because I was late for a gig and couldn't hang about.
I was so hoping that you were going to say "I rolled up the window and me and him drove off".
Great video he came out like my mother inlaw . Loved your little chuckle when walking away
Welcome back Ace and well done for holding your own. What a specimen that was. Brendan Kavanagh ran into a guy with a similar attitude about 3 weeks ago, if you watch it you can see the rage in him just because the female with the camera chooses not interact with him. The video is called, Security Confrontation At The Ticket Barrier, you can find it on his channel. If I had been passing at the time of your video I would have had to butt in, I would for sure have put the MM on his backside. Stay lucky and looking forward to more of your videos.
What's MM?
@@TallSilentGuyTwo derogatory words which sadly this platform would not allow me to air, so I will leave it to your imagination as to what they are!
The company guys were very nice and fair. They tried hard to redeem the situation. The security guard unfortunately let the company down. I work in the field of domestic violence and he shows some very alarming traits. Well done for being so cool and standing your ground
The security is quite clearly a danger to the public and the business 3rd party or not he isnt fit as a first point of contact or representative of anything ! The scottish guy definetly represesnted himself and the business in an impeccable fashion and hopefully he will have the security replaced immediately . Excellent video ace you always carry yourself well even when faced with such a moronic knuckle dragging troglodyte .all the best n keep at it 💪🙏
you can do something about it here and it happend om March 18th www.gov.uk/report-security-staff-or-companies
Wow.... Great video, subscribed! 🎉
Dangerous and ignorant must lose his SIA license immediately
Report him to SIA
Get rid of his card Outrageous
Shameful and unprofessional behavior. He definitely requires more training in relation to his dealing with the public.
As for the racial comments on here, those people need to get a grip.
Good video Ace. Hope you're ok 👍
Thanks, I didn't let him ruin my day lol
