- The road traffic inspectorate in KwaZulu-Natal has warned motorists travelling on the N3 towards Gauteng and the Free State that rain is expected in the province which could lead to hazardous driving conditions. The authority says it expects traffic volumes to increase with up to 2,000 vehicles an hour as motorists leave the province. At midday, more than 1,100 vehicles were counted at the Mooi plaza. Our reporter Mlondi Radebe is on the ground for us in Marian Hill, KwaZulu Natal and he joins us live.
