I DO NOT SELL PRODUCTS. A detailed explanation is given for each step. As with all my videos, this illustrates my own personal preference based on decades of experience. Please note that I don't sell products and am not profiting from these videos nor are they sponsored. So if you have questions about the products then please contact your supplier. (Like they’ll know!)
wow..plz don't stop making new videos..you will lots of subscriber..
Nice job! I was questioning the lack of masking while you were spraying. Glad you at least acknowledged it.
Harbor freight now good for 3 things
Spray guns
Good inexpensive F clamps and disposable gloves.
Yes and thanks. One nice aspect of water base dyes in that in some instances you can decide whether the minimal amount of cleanup is going to be quicker and less work than the masking. Each application requires it's own judgement. I have a video in the pipeline where I will mention how impossible it can be to mask interior parts, mostly due to the silicone protectorants. But I'm sure you've come across that already.
Good strong repair. Very nice job
Awesome job!!
You did a great job on that door panel. The owner should be very happy with the door I know I would. I have an LS 460, 2008 that in service they put a tear on the trim between the doors small put I can see it now. Can it be fixed?
have you ever tried sugru? its a moldable glue that you can grain and it comes in different colors. I have never tried it for this but im thinking it might work.
I have the same issue with my door panel. Can you fix it if I bring my door panels to you ?
Never thought that you can repair this. Question, is this durable like the original material in function of sun heat freezing temperture etc…?
Where do you buy the flex rods?
Hi Can you tell me the name of the filler and hardener you are using...Thanks
Holy armrest repair god! I just wasted $ on some repair kit and then found your channel. I feel like the plumber on this one. My 08' Lexus LS460 has a 1" dia piece missing at the elbow rest, same location as this video. Maybe I should just locate a repair shop, or perhaps you're in Idaho, and I can contact you?

Hi Rick, I'm a "student" on your UA-cam channel! LOL
First of all, thanks for sharing all this techniques. I would like to ask a question about the texture it makes with the paint gun, it works only with water-based paint? Or is it also possible to make the texture with solvent / oil based paints? I just ordered my paint gun and I have some leather paints, but all solvent based.
Thank you very much, greetings from Brazil.
Hello Valdir. I'm glad you are finding the videos helpful. The water base paints are generally thicker than the solvent based ones. That and something we call "surface tension" tends to leave the droplet standing tall. Solvent paint droplets tend to "lay down" . Also solvent paints stays soft for a longer period of time. We can dry the water base texture and sand on it right away. Thanks for your question.
How much did you charge for this?
Well, that's one way to color match a small repair, respray the whole panel, no doubt it looks nice. Good for trying to sell the car? Because I bet it doesn't look that nice after a year or two of sun, heat & cold cycles.
Yes, it's unfortunate that the quality of work in the marketplace tends to be that way. This is a retail job being done while the customer continues to drive his car by the way. If you follow this channel you will discover that it sets the record straight with regard to quality workmanship when it's called for. You are in for a treat! And thanks.
is it polyurethane wire? what leather filler and hardner you use?? thanks
What texture spray u use?

Do you have a product supply list so we can shop. Similar to a baker following a recipe? I have one car with repair needed like this one a) on edge b) another with slice in seat and 3) marring below head rest from loading scooter in back. Love your videos btw ?✌️
Average person don't have these tools... fail
Welcome to the classroom. This is not DIY as stated in the information.
