It’s really interesting how NSP has changed from “Okay these are really goofy songs whatever” to “ok these are actually good songs with goofy lyrics”.
The big shift happened around 2016 when they went all-in with TWRP as their musicians.
Don't get me wrong, I love Brian's music writing, but TWRP brings a level of polish and craftsmanship to the music that Danny and Brian just couldn't do on their own.

Guys, I don't know if anyone's gonna ever see this comment, but I think I'm lost. I took a RIGHT turn at Danny's Lazer Car, then went past the Ruby-encrusted Arcade, then took the secret tunnel by the change machine into the Dom Perignon Super Soaker arena.... then, I'm pretty sure I found the porch that lets you rappel down past the Pizza Maze into the Trampoline Garden, and I'm in some kind of endless closet for sexy skintight clothing. I might be close to the Tiger's Room, but this freakin' closet is going on forever and I've had to eat like, six hundred of these candy necklaces to survive and I REALLY NEED TO PEE! Ok, I think I know the problem: If you're talking about the SOUTH CHINA Tiger's Room, then you're on the right track and you'll be fine. But if you're talking about the SIBERIAN Tiger's Room, then you're off by about 38 Kilometers. And before you ask, yes, Danny's Mansion is so big, there are parts that go into the metric system.
i wish they'd snuck in a "can't stop, won't stop, might stop" in there somewhere, considering the chorus and how badly danny's said he's wanted to write that song but never found a good place for the lyrics. "can't stop, won't stop, might stop, running for my life" would've been perfect.
