Danny has VASTLY improved as a vocalist. While I enjoyed their older albums and cover albums, I've never really been wowed by his vocals, but this song really captures his pipes. Huge kudos to the animator(s) as the visuals are amazing. I've played this 5 times in a row now. I love it all
The quality of their recording along with their recording capabilities have vastly improved. He’s always had a great vocal range, he’s just never had quite the right recording quality to fit it. They have honed their abilities, and with the help from Jim Roach as producer, are able to make way better quality recordings therefore showing off his abilities as well as matching it in sound and quality with the instrumental music. It’s been impressive to see their quality raise and get so good in Cool Patrol and now this new album!
@@truebeast5967 Also bringing on TWRP as the backup band has helped immensely; Brian's great on keyboards as it is, and as much as I love their pre-TWRP albums, they were still pretty limited in what they could do (tracks like Attitude City and 6969, amazing tracks as they are, would sound even better with actual guitars).
