Lauren's passion for mental health care was sparked by her personal experience of witnessing the positive impact that counseling had on her own family. As she learned more about counseling, her passion grew stronger. During her college years, Lauren's observation of the growing demand for mental health services motivated her to pursue counseling and make a difference in people's lives.
Lauren believes in a personalized approach to care, empowering her clients to take the lead in their healing journey. She wants people to know that seeking mental health services doesn't have to be something scary and that it's truly a sign of strength.
