- The right help at the right time can change someone’s life forever.
10 YEARS since Austin McDaniel was viscously assaulted by a bully at school. His body was injured and his spirit was broken. We flew him and his family to California for one week of immersive Gracie Bullyproof training. You won’t believe the man he has become since.

gonna die before we know it. I was 13 and had just started training when I saw this video
Dude

He's going to be okay :)
So great….every kid struggling in school should have to watch this before after video…those years can be tough, but it’s temporary. Good stuff Austin.
Dude looks like hes built like a tank
Bro it's been 10 years?! I feel even older now
Proper Martial Arts training is the best thing for young men.
1. Teach discipline
2. Confidence
3. Learn how to deal with adversity
4. The consequences of violence
5. protect your loved ones
This just made my day!
Austin, thank you for your service!
I just love this story, My 9 year old grandson has been taking Gracie BJJ for a while now in Edmonton under a very good and old friend of mine S Bartlet. It has changed him greatly not just the defense part but his discipline and showing respect to everyone. I started training in Karate in the mid-70s and Jiu Jitsu I still train to this day. I LOVE THIS STORY.
Does he still do jiu jitsu or no?
WOW! can't believe that was already 10 YEARS ago!!!!!!!!!!!
Damn he got jacked
He did the opposite. I did Army and then Marines but have been in Martial Arts now over 50 years hold 2 high ranking Black Belts and now train in Gracie Jiu Jitsu in Newman GA and love it
I love this ❤
Glow up of the century
OMG, I just found this video after showing my son the first video. I cant believe its been TEN years
A marine and a soldier. Respect for building people up dude. And congrats on t cities win the other day. I always root for y’all.
Awesome. This needs to be shown to every kid in that age range who is feeling bullied or that their life will never get better. Just look at this guy's transformation!!
40 hours of good training is priceless. 💪

Are you located in costa rica I want this for my kid
Go to Gracie website and search for a dojo
That's wild. He looks completely unrecognizable from his former self a decade ago. Holy sh*t!
Sheeezz he a chad now !! 💪🏼😂💯
Holy shit he is JACKED. Bravo young man.
wow
In 10 years he went from being bullied to protecting the country. Let that sink in.
He has something in common with Georges Saint-Pierre; they were both bullied in their youth.
So were
-Nick Diaz
-Bas Rutten
-Walter Machowicz
-Mike Tyson
Wow! He went into the marine corps and the army.
Did he stick with jiu jitsu?
Shout out to USMC
1st Patriots!!!
I thought he was gonna be a black belt. But still cool
Damn, if those aren't RESULTS speaking for themselves. Literally.
Yeah nice, but did he continue training in jiu jitsu?
My guy became a stud😂
And just think, YOU did that for him. This is all because of you.. his whole life
Why doesn't Rener age?
Does he still do bjj??
Bully put him on the path, for a bully bad idea because you want someone to stay weak to continue to bully and not grow stronger. A good analogy the devil wants you to fall but instead of staying there on the ground you get up and get even closer to a higher power and are now stronger than before. Oddly enough he gets the opposite effect you grew stronger and not weaker thus it would have been better to leave you alone as aluminum foil and not inspire to get forged into iron !
Too bad he didn't stick with that BJJ though...
How does Rener look the same..
Healthy living.
Fine wine
And tying a white belt?
Stud is Captain America
Damn dude become a ikea closet
awesome to see guess he doesnt train tho
Wtf bro hahaha well done lad
A guy pulled a sucker punch on me with his friends on the football field. Im a small guy, easy target.
They didnt know i was undefeated in wrestling Tournaments. One event i got first place, with out having to wrestle the last guy because he didnt want to get turned into a mop. Forfeit.
So the sucker punch guy, when his friends disappeared. He got to find out what it feels like to be a mop.
His mom identifies me. And said: Oh hall nah, my baba dit not git his ass beat bye dat lil white boy... momi took him to karate...
'Look how far he has come, he has become a murderer by trade! So proud!'
Wait….what? Isn’t it kind of a downgrade to go from the Corps to the Army??
❤❤❤ 🔥!!! I always love this story!
Matthew 24:24
24 For false messiahs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect.
And tying a white belt?
