Pete there is so much gear talk and lessons on YT but there is never any venue behind the scenes stuff - I mean showcasing all the different halls and stage setups and how each venue appears from your perspective so stuff like this is really gold. Appreciate what you’re doing. Thanks!
Easily No. 1 in the 'guitar-geek' zone. So impressive. We all learn so much from Pete.
I've met Randy Cook when he played wit Phil X on the DD tour in Manchester in 2013.Just came up to me and struck up a conversation at the sound board as I had met Phil 2 nights before.Amazing drummer and a total gentleman.Great to see him !
What a lovely guy Pete T is. Respect.
Thanks David! Respect to you too!
Killer tones! That Brian Maye sound was really rad!
I love the drummer who was playing Steve Gadds drum part for 50 ways to leave your lover. I dig the rig, once you’re in the mix your average person can’t tell… unless you’re a gear snob like us!!
Love the entire video and particularly the moment you play the solo of "Bohemian Rhapsody" and when the bass player joins you on the fly...
Thanks so much PETE, but U need rest Brother don't overdo we need U around brother!! Just U looked so worn out at beginning of the video 👍🙀😎🙏 Have A Great Time And Brian May Would be Having a Chill Going 2 his Brain!!
TY 4 bringing us along 4 the Ride!!
Wow, your tone, Pete is impeccable. Something to strive for. Thanks for sharing
Thank you so much Pete for sharing this with us!
Thanks for the great run-down, Pete! Looks awesome. Enjoy the tour!
Loved the rig rundown! Thanks for sharing, truly everything you do always inspires me! 😃
Such a cool insight to what you guys do!
Awesome. I was looking forward to this, thanks a bunch Pete
Always love seeing your rig and hearing your playing - thanks for this Pete!
Very cool Pete thanks for sharing your time with us all!
Thanks Pete. Always cool to see how the pros do it. Sorry I missed the CT show.
Awesome video . I love Rig Rundowns and behind the scenes.
Great stuff, thank you! I like the multiple venue shots.
Thanks Pete, that was very informative!
Thanks for the sneak peek Pete and I hope that you have a great rest of the tour.✌🏻
A great look into your live setup. I love these kinds of videos.
Pete, thanks for showing us this! Love those ambient tones!
Awesome!! That was great
Pete awesome! Looks like a great tour. Nice setup with the QC.
Really cool venues, looks like a fun tour. I love the Nord hidden in the grand piano body!
So Awesome! Thanks, Pete!!
⚡Great tones as usual Pete 🤘🏾Love seeing this kinda footage 🎶
Thanks Pete! Very cool.
Awesome "Live" tones as usual Pete... appreciate the behind-the-scenes pre-show look at your setup. Cheers Bro
Good stuff Pete and thanks! STAY SAFE OUT THERE! :)
Thanks for share Pete 🤝🏻
Sweet! Thanks Pete!
Kool, thanks Pete, nice rig share.
Awesome! What nice looking venues. Seriously, two of the coolest venues I've ever seen. Great tones as well!
The treble boost on the Queen song sounds absolutely perfect! Thank you for the walk through sir!
Thanks for this rig rundown Pete! I really think the Matrix sounds great coming through those cabs. As always, keep 'em coming!
Thank you for taking us along for the ride. Keep rocking PT
This is sick Pete! I love the behind the scenes stuff. That’s my dream job.
You're so cool for letting us in to your world to see how it's done. Thanks man! You RAWK!
Fascinating to see. Seems we actually get to know you. And then actually get to see how you work. Super cool. Thanks Pete.
Thanks Pete, just added the Neural to my floorboard and it was great to see how you use it. If I was over there I’d be at the shows for sure!! Rock on 🤘
Hey Pete,
Nice to see you. Thanx for filling the planet with cool and beautiful waves of sound. Not to mention an inspiring dose of guitar toy wisdom. Always a pleasure indeed.
Great video thanks. Looks like a good time tour. More like this please.
Love it Pete, Thanks for this video. I actually played that venue in a Bethlehem, PA 11 years ago - good times.
This was so cool to see in such detail. Thanks for sharing Pete! I recently picked up the PT100 amp sim and I’ve been loving it too
Absolutely MASSIVE, Sound from the Rig. Great video Pete, much fun to watch. Cheers
Thanks so very much Mr Pete, you are so generous. And really glad real people, in a real venue, are getting to hear the real you. Love your sound.
Great post from a modern working musician! Loved the run down of each venue and the discussion of needing a flexible rig for traditional tour and fly dates!
Excellent content and production! Thank you so much for doing a rig rundown and then actually playing the rig. I love being able to hear it in real time. It’s frustrating when Premier Guitar does a rig rundown does it last 45 minutes and you don’t ever hear one single sample of the actual tone.
Thanks for sharing this dude, very cool.
Love the rig rundowns
Thanks for taking us along for the before the show tour.
This was great! thanks Pete, I love rig Rundowns and it is neat seeing what gear you are using. I have emailed Ernie Ball and complained about you not being on their Legendary Players List and hence being on every string package. I hope other guitar nerds read this and take it upon themselves to request you be added, because it is an injustice we need to remedy..I will not names but you are hella more deserving than a lot of guitar players that are already on the list. I will not rest , I say!!
thanks Todd! I dunno if I qualify but I appreciate that you think so :)
@@PeteThorn Hell yeah you do!
@@PeteThorn YES PETE! Todd Roy is Right Brother and if I can I will Back Todd Up, Your not just a awesome Guitar player your a great person and you R a Gifted person and that qualifies 4 more than most can be
Hey Todd Brother Keep Up the good fight!!
PETE is R Hero, and he's living his dream and sharing it with the world!!
@@Ryan-Hall Thank you friend! I went to Ernie Ball's website and clicked on the contact us link and told them what I thought! I wish a lot of geetar nerds would do that...oh and guess what? I got a new Epiphone Inspired by Gibson LEs Paul Junior today...chunky neck and it feels great!!
Great guitar sounds!
BTS stuff is awesome....enjoy the tour Pete....thanks for posting
I absolutely love and respect guitar players that know the gear they are using. Way to go Pete, keep the great content coming..!! All the best from Calgary, AB, Canada
Super cool cat. Love ya Pete !! - Glad you had a good time brother.

This was super cool, love your sig guitar and of course big fan of your playing
Pete..you come across as such a down to earth level headed guy (with guitar chops to boot)..love your channel!
Killer rig and tones Pete!
I really enjoyed your concert in Albany Oregon. Small venue, up close and personal. Best concert of my summer! Thanks.
Never watched a rig rundown before, this was great Pete, that Washburn has some fantastic history…
Thanks Pete! The Quad Cortex is on my shopping list, and thanks for your breakdown on it.
I wanna see more Pete playing live …. I’m new here , can’t believe I didn’t stumble across this channel sooner

Thanks for watching!
Awesome run down Pete. Thanks man. You seem like a great dude! Haha
Thanks Pete!
Thank you for that! Wonderful to see extensive tours happening- Is this not the golden age of gear?
well, I was looking at videos of American Airlines current seating config and here you are wedged on the side bar. a great unexpected treat, hope you all had a great tour. 🙂
Pete Thorn you are one of the most talented guitar players. You rock and kick some pretty serious ass. Absolutely incredible!
Sounds incredible! Hope you upload these!
Message sent!
The guitar has such a haunting and beautiful tone!
This was badass!
Oh yeah... the 65 Treble Boost tone... that sounds brilliant
Great rigg mate
I love that you recorded the PA/Jersey venues 🙏🏼
Love the simplicity Pete
Sounds killer!!
Cool backdrop. I am a steel worker from East Germany. The blast furnaces remind me of our pig iron works. Greetings from Eisenhüttenstadt (Iron Hut City).🖖👷♂
I really appreciate the simplicity of your touring rig. It really doesn't take much gear to sound good. I get tired of seeing so many touring guitarists using these massively complex rigs but not sounding any better then guys like you with much simpler rigs.
This is so awesome Pete!! Thank you so much for being such a down to earth and humble guy and guitarist!! Thank you so much!! Quad Cortex rig looks awesome!!
Thanks!
Thank for sharing Pete, the wolfpack and I Like you just the way you are. Mellow dude and a Great guitarist. My brothers and I been checking your videos out for years now finely subscribe. About time I think... God Bless
Randy, Great North Woods Michigan
Thanks Pete! Have a blast. Your amp captures are - as they say on “Kimmy Schmidt” -“Strong as Hell”. Sold me on the Quad Cortex!

Very nice MR Pete ..from the Caribbean...........
thanks for everything you post Pete, we love you for it.. we all know it might be a pain in the ass to do, and at times you can't be bothered,, but you do it, and you make us all, not only happy but better informed. you are a true champion of the digital age of guitarists! .. i mean that 100% .. huge respect
Hey thank you!!
I love that Washburn acoustic!
Wow! How awesome! Great venues…kick myself for not catching the Bethlehem show…continued fun the rest of the tour!!!
All those tones and your playing sounded incredible Pete! I must admit I’m very intrigued by the quad cortex ….
Have fun!!!
Cool Beanz.... Thank you Pete
Thanks thorny
The steel factory looks like it would be a fantastic setting for the next Predators movie. Thanks for the walkthrough, very cool.
Really enjoy as a meer mortal these wee peeks, Tom Bukovac does them as well. It's really interesting what is an everyday chore to you fellas. Thanks very much Pete. 👍🥃Respect to you mate.
I was lost as soon as Peter got past "I plug into two speaker cabs"... Sucks being senior guitar player... HAHAHA. Whatever your doing.. ..you sound amazing...
Wow, I was around there not long ago--didn't know you were playing there.
