I have a question on this one. In the video you showed 5 open/close of the left nostril, and then forceful inhalation on the left nostril followed by slow exhalation on the right, and you are repeating inhalation/exhalation three times. Is this the process it self? so, one has to do this 10 times? (starting each time from the very begining of 5 open/close of left nostril)...
or when you said 10 repetitions you where refering to the forceful inhalation/slow exhalation part only?

Amazing, any chance you could make a video explaining bipolar a bit, I'm helping 14yo to overcome it, she is cycling both mania and depression without normal states in between. She has very limited memory of what she is doing. Her willpower is very low to do anything outside of relief.

Great video . Can you explain please why do we only breathe forcefully from the left nostril and exhale softly from the right ( and not the other way around ?) is it something to do with brain centres ?
Left is linked to Moon/Chandra Naadi(calmness, emotions)while the right, Sun/Surya Naadi(fiery, ego). So breathing in thru the left ushers in calmness

Think of him as your reflection in the mirror. Forget about "my reflection is using the opposite hands"

Been doung this for a while, now every time I have a booger, people are like "you mad bro?"😂

Right and left seems to have got reversed in this video. If you watch this yourself, you can see that when you say right nostril you are touching the left nostril. Also vice versa. Are you recording in a mirror? That is the doubt i get when I watch you saying right and touching left
